Many errors including multiple windows opening up and spamming after a delay, delay in clicks, slow in general, can’t exit out of things, it forgets my edits. It really discourages me from eating here

Payment button frozen
After filling out my card information the app refuses to allow me to pay. I have to completely delete the app, reorder my food, fill out the card information again then allows me to check out. This is the 10th time this has happened. You should fix this issue as simple as it is with the money you have as a corporation. Food for thought no pun intended.

Terrible app
Every time I try to order wings in this app it doesn’t work. I complain they apologize and then next time I try it doesn’t work.
Does not save payment information
The app is great, but it does not save your payment information. It requires you to put a card in every single time you make a purchase, which is very annoying. I have already reported this to the corporate office, but nothing has been done about it.

Reward SCAM
Pure trash. So, you’ve already spent tons of money on their products, then when you go to redeem a so-called reward, you’re then promoted to add a qualifying item?! Mind you, it doesn’t tell you what the qualifying item IS! Excuse me but a reward is just that, a REWARD!!! It shouldn’t have strings attached to it. Back to Church’s Chicken I go where the user or customer is not shaken down for more money!!!!!!!Not to mention the hassle it is now to login and place a simple damn order. REWARD SCAMMER! You must make a purchase in order to cash in your reward! Since they are so expensive, you probably need to place a 4k dollar order just to cash in on $5.00 French fries!

Horrific. Use DoorDash instead.
This app is loaded full of bugs and the prices aren't worth i over DoorDash. Takes hours sometimes to get a delivery, if any at all. If the time crosses within 10 minutes after the projected delivery time, it auto marks the delivery as completed - the timeline bullet points are completely fake. Everywhere you turn there is no information except "call them" and then they tell you to call DoorDash. So let me ask a perfectly reasonable question: why does this app exist?
