Waitlist feature is broken
It’s crazy pluckers allowed a broken app to exist. The waitlist feature once worked…. But the year is 2026 and that is no longer the case.
If you enter your number correctly, it will add unnecessary digits that you can’t remove and you can’t join the waitlist. You are forced to use yelp. So go ahead and just download a different app.

Don’t bother
This is a waste of money. It was a pain to register, and it required a reset because of a problem scanning the QR code. The reward so far is always fried Twinkies.

Many Flaws
The stores don’t seem to have any info on the orders placed here, I still haven’t even confirmed if this whole app is just a place to steal people’s money. I called the store and they couldn’t confirm my order, the app also placed my pick up time 1.5 hours later for 10 wings. The store had no record of my ticket, they told me the app was malfunctioning and scheduling orders much later. When I asked for a cancellation they told me to wait a week for a refund . Do not let this app have your card, just order over the phone.

Can’t open app
Went to pluckers today, and couldn’t even use the app to use my points.

App not working
Why do I have a notification on my app even though I’m not logged in. But also, I’ve been a member for years and it’s showing that my account can’t be found. What’s going on?
