Many Flaws
The stores don’t seem to have any info on the orders placed here, I still haven’t even confirmed if this whole app is just a place to steal people’s money. I called the store and they couldn’t confirm my order, the app also placed my pick up time 1.5 hours later for 10 wings. The store had no record of my ticket, they told me the app was malfunctioning and scheduling orders much later. When I asked for a cancellation they told me to wait a week for a refund . Do not let this app have your card, just order over the phone.

Can’t open app
Went to pluckers today, and couldn’t even use the app to use my points.
App not working
Why do I have a notification on my app even though I’m not logged in. But also, I’ve been a member for years and it’s showing that my account can’t be found. What’s going on?
Terrible prerequisites
The rewards are good, but almost all of them require them to have two adult entrees. Most of the time, people eat out by themselves such as myself. I will not be paying for the platinum membership until there are better prerequisites for redeeming your rewards. (Hint: MAKE IT ONLY ONE ENTREE)
App closes
Ever since the new rewards program and becoming a Legacy grandfathered member the app shuts down when I click on rewards. There is no work around and I have to constantly talk to someone at the location to even use my benefits that were paid for.
