Many Flaws
The stores don’t seem to have any info on the orders placed here, I still haven’t even confirmed if this whole app is just a place to steal people’s money. I called the store and they couldn’t confirm my order, the app also placed my pick up time 1.5 hours later for 10 wings. The store had no record of my ticket, they told me the app was malfunctioning and scheduling orders much later. When I asked for a cancellation they told me to wait a week for a refund . Do not let this app have your card, just order over the phone.

Can’t open app
Went to pluckers today, and couldn’t even use the app to use my points.
App not working
Why do I have a notification on my app even though I’m not logged in. But also, I’ve been a member for years and it’s showing that my account can’t be found. What’s going on?
Terrible prerequisites
The rewards are good, but almost all of them require them to have two adult entrees. Most of the time, people eat out by themselves such as myself. I will not be paying for the platinum membership until there are better prerequisites for redeeming your rewards. (Hint: MAKE IT ONLY ONE ENTREE)
App closes
Ever since the new rewards program and becoming a Legacy grandfathered member the app shuts down when I click on rewards. There is no work around and I have to constantly talk to someone at the location to even use my benefits that were paid for.
What is the notification?
Since the last update, the app shows that there is a new message. None found and too much time spent looking. I can just remove the app, but I am a club member. Please get it fixed.
Log in issues!!!
Been trying to log into the app after I was logged out, not my doing. Can’t access anything; waste of time, and can’t continue to earn anything!!
Good most of the time
I currently can not use my reward points because of some kind of glitch. The redeem awards button is greyed out

In app purchases don’t apply to your awards account. You have to scan physical receipts on orders placed through the app to get credit for them. Please fix.
Notification bug since last update
Since the last update, the app continually shows that I have one notification. I’ve checked all over the app and I don’t have any notifications. I think this is a bug and I don’t know how to get rid of it. I’ve logged out of the app. I’ve deleted the app. I’ve reinstalled it and before even login it shows that I have a notification. I don’t know how I can have a notification if I’m not even logged in. Seems like a bug to me.

Rewards
I could not get into the app just like all the other reviews I have been reading. So I am unable to use my birthday rewards and my other rewards.
Not working
I’ve never had a problem with the app. When I went to look to see why I hadn’t received my sons free birthday meal I couldn’t even get passed the choosing location. It kept saying there are none in my area when I know for a fact there is 3 nearby me because I’ve gone to them all. I’ve deleted the app thinking that maybe it but it isn’t my husband tried as well & the same thing. I’m getting emails but app is NOT working.

Can’t log in
I have never been able to login to this app! Even while in the restaurant with the assistance of a manager. Still unable to login with the access code they send, keeps getting an error message. Don’t waste your time or money downloading or joining the club. I actually paid for the club and have not been able to use it ever!

Recent update is horrendous
After updating I have to enter my email. It always gives an error first time you enter it. Then they send you a code to verify. Again, never works the first time but also won’t work several times after that. Once I requested a new code and after the request, I magically logged in. As I perused my account I got logged out. This is the experience the update has provided. Incredible difficulty logging in and once on you will be randomly logged off and have to start again. It’s easier to go somewhere else for wings and a loyalty app.

Got notice that app updated. Went and update and now won’t open. Are you supposed to improve an app with updates? Also food is too expensive!
Cannot Login With Apple ID
I used to be able to Sign in with Apple and hide my email but now that option isn’t available anymore. I now lost my account with all my points.

App doesn’t work
I’ve been using this app for a while and when they updated it I los my account and the app can’t find it saying it’s never been registered and now the app won’t even let me sign in at all I did the little verification code through my email and it just stays on that page when I try to tap continue nothing happens and it’s not just on my phone I’ve tried it on other peoples phones my account just straight up won’t let me sign into it at all

Update 2024
Not sure what the update brings but they took away my membership idk why I paid $20 when now it’s free for everyone. And the different membership is crazy expensive and there’s no real benefit from each other.
Not Working
Since the new update I can’t get past the “Special Requests” part. It just hangs up, spinning. If I don’t add any favorite teams or special requests I can skip through. What’s the point in having those in there if it won’t work with them?
