Buggy
I’m currently not able to make any orders because I need to add my phone number to my account and keep getting a server error. Over and over. I just want to order tacos!
The app is suddenly glitchy
I couldn’t order my normal grilled shrimp on the app. It wouldn’t come up with options, and it wouldn’t let me add it without the options.
Apple Pay not working
Like the app but Apple Pay did not work on any of my established payment methods. Needs to be updated.
Always logs me out and then I can’t get back in
I’m so sick of this app logging me out and then when I try to login again, it says my credentials don’t match even though my password is saved correctly and I have FaceID. I reset the password, try to login, and it won’t take it. I have to delete the app and reinstall it. But this time it’s not working at all and won’t let me in. This has been happening for over a year. I’m tried of it. When I am able to login in the rare occasion, it also does not correctly apply the rewards after selecting to use it. You have to be careful because one time I ordered and applied my reward I was charged full price. They ruined this app when they changed companies.
