App is not friendly
I got one free for my birthday. I couldn’t add it to the order even though I ordered for 12$

HORRIBLE!
If I could give this app less than one star I would. No matter how many times I’ve tried, it locks me out, doesn’t recognize my phone number, or says the number is associated with another account. When I click “forgot password,” I never get an email to reset, despite using the correct email.
Bad App
When signing up for an account on the app, it makes you scroll through a list of all of the torchy’s locations with no way of sorting. You better know the Torchys location and store # or you might pick the wrong store. Additionally, i couldn’t even finish account creation because it said i was missing a field, despite having every field filled out.

The best Queso on the planet! It may seem pricey for the tacos but it is so worth it!

New app is an improvement over the previous version minus one thing. The specific Bean and Cheese taco option is gone. Users have to figure out they have to go to Build Your Own Taco and create a Bean & Cheese version. Would be much easier to click on a B&C option.

It would be nice if the back-end system would allow receipt reward codes to register. This is a fundamental function of your reward program. Who are you outsourcing this to? Fire them.

When setting up the app, it gives you the option to choose a favorite store. But it doesn’t give the address of the store. It only said Congress and I know there’s more than one store on Congress. I haven’t called the store and they couldn’t tell me if they were Congress number 32.
Also, there’s no way to search for something when you’re putting together your order. There is a big advertisement for nachos, but when I click it, nothing happens. I had to dig down into the menu to find where nachos were because there’s no search option.

I’ve got a ton of points and have tried to use them multiple times but the app never lets me. Lame
The BEST Tacos
These are the best tacos ever. And their queso is also incredibly amazing. The chips are wonderful and I will never eat tacos anywhere else.
