Do better, Torchy’s. The tacos are already overpriced, you can afford to pay your staff enough to not warrant tips instead of sneaking it onto a mobile order.

Automatically adds a tip
This evil app automatically adds a tip to all orders. I accidentally paid them %15 extra because of this. Boycotting them
Auto adds a tip for carry out orders.
Ridiculous. Nobody should tip when carrying out an order.
Took off the option to change the chips and cheese ingredients.
Was able to remove the guac from the chips and cheese before and now I’m unable to . I have severe allergic reaction to avocado or guac . And now the option to remove the guac is gone.

It’s alright to the eye. But it’s slow and buggy. The tip feature is annoying and makes it seem like you must leave one

I’m trying to sign in with my Apple ID and I get a Server Error message. I tried the link for app support and it isn’t working either. Not sure what is going on with the app.

Torchy’s APP makes it extremely difficult to pay with a Gift Card and have Rewards points applied to payment. FIX this!

Used to work but their endless updates and changes completely broke it, endlessly stuck on select your favorite location and it won’t let you pick one or save no matter what, and keeps you totally stuck there preventing you from ordering or doing anything. App support is a broken link too. Tried restarting, deleting and reinstalling- just a broken app because they just had to keep changing and redesigning and changing and redesigning the version that used to work

I should be able to decide if I want to add a tip and not have it pre-selected. I’m walking in the restaurant to pickup my food, tip me!

I’m currently not able to make any orders because I need to add my phone number to my account and keep getting a server error. Over and over. I just want to order tacos!
The app is suddenly glitchy
I couldn’t order my normal grilled shrimp on the app. It wouldn’t come up with options, and it wouldn’t let me add it without the options.
Apple Pay not working
Like the app but Apple Pay did not work on any of my established payment methods. Needs to be updated.
Always logs me out and then I can’t get back in
I’m so sick of this app logging me out and then when I try to login again, it says my credentials don’t match even though my password is saved correctly and I have FaceID. I reset the password, try to login, and it won’t take it. I have to delete the app and reinstall it. But this time it’s not working at all and won’t let me in. This has been happening for over a year. I’m tried of it. When I am able to login in the rare occasion, it also does not correctly apply the rewards after selecting to use it. You have to be careful because one time I ordered and applied my reward I was charged full price. They ruined this app when they changed companies.
