Broken App
Used to work but their endless updates and changes completely broke it, endlessly stuck on select your favorite location and it won’t let you pick one or save no matter what, and keeps you totally stuck there preventing you from ordering or doing anything. App support is a broken link too. Tried restarting, deleting and reinstalling- just a broken app because they just had to keep changing and redesigning and changing and redesigning the version that used to work

I should be able to decide if I want to add a tip and not have it pre-selected. I’m walking in the restaurant to pickup my food, tip me!

Everything here I’ve tried is very delicious. The food is always done in a timely manner, but it can be a bit pricey.
Buggy
I’m currently not able to make any orders because I need to add my phone number to my account and keep getting a server error. Over and over. I just want to order tacos!
The app is suddenly glitchy
I couldn’t order my normal grilled shrimp on the app. It wouldn’t come up with options, and it wouldn’t let me add it without the options.
Apple Pay not working
Like the app but Apple Pay did not work on any of my established payment methods. Needs to be updated.
Always logs me out and then I can’t get back in
I’m so sick of this app logging me out and then when I try to login again, it says my credentials don’t match even though my password is saved correctly and I have FaceID. I reset the password, try to login, and it won’t take it. I have to delete the app and reinstall it. But this time it’s not working at all and won’t let me in. This has been happening for over a year. I’m tried of it. When I am able to login in the rare occasion, it also does not correctly apply the rewards after selecting to use it. You have to be careful because one time I ordered and applied my reward I was charged full price. They ruined this app when they changed companies.

App is very buggy
The app when ordering is quite finicky to get an order through.
If I had items in the cart and I switch to another app (for example safari to look up the timings of the nearest store), when I switch back to the app it refreshes and clears out my order so I have to start again.
Also at odd times (not sure how) the app will go into a weird split screen situation where the top half of the screen is one part of the menu and the bottom half is another part of the menu.
Still like the Tacos at Torchys, however these app issues do make it hard for me to actually order. Sometimes it’s just not worth it and I just go eat somewhere else.

HORRIBLE!
If I could give this app less than one star I would. No matter how many times I’ve tried, it locks me out, doesn’t recognize my phone number, or says the number is associated with another account. When I click “forgot password,” I never get an email to reset, despite using the correct email.
Bad App
When signing up for an account on the app, it makes you scroll through a list of all of the torchy’s locations with no way of sorting. You better know the Torchys location and store # or you might pick the wrong store. Additionally, i couldn’t even finish account creation because it said i was missing a field, despite having every field filled out.

The best Queso on the planet! It may seem pricey for the tacos but it is so worth it!
