Full disclosure, I work for HEB at TTBBQ, but I still need to share my thoughts on this unctuous meat! My hubby and I share it and the two sides with meat left over! It is a special treat on a Friday! Treat yourself soon!
Not as good 2nd time
Came opening weekend food was really good. Today we got half the brisket as first time, it was dry, no sauce, cutlery. Disappointed!!!

Another fast food franchise app, another fail. Tried to order from my local store, and the menu just spins and says data error. So I’m writing this from the store while waiting. To the people who manage this - you need to follow through with your software team and hardware/software system end to end, and not just say “let’s make an app” and walk away. This reflects on your brand.

I love the BBQ. I wish there was a way to pick up through the Drive Thru. Finding a place to park on the weekend is a challenge.

I stopped going to other bbq places after having True Texas BBQ. It is a very good product, customer service is outstanding, prices are really reasonable and the online app is very reliable and easy to use plus it is updated on a regular basis so you know what they do and don’t have before making a trip to their location.

Lean Please
Requested Lean or Extra Lean Brisket if possible and received all fatty with hardly no lean at all. Brisket Beans were extremely salty. No one answers when trying to contact to express my dissatisfaction. This is the 2nd time this has happened.

They do not pay attention
My order was missing meats, bread, and sauces. This location has gone down hill since the north Frisco location opened. Definitely will be sticking with North Frisco in the future.
