Not Worth Your Time
This is fun but…
Convenient
Expensive & Inaccurate
Great Customer Service
Prefer Favor over Uber and Door Dash, if you compare sites Favor offers more affordable pricing and freer fees.
Always courteous when I greet them at door.
Nicely done Favor team🩷🙏🩷. God bless 🙏
it’s pretty alright
Its 2026. Surely your app should have a paste functionality. Web version usage only.
Favor is My Favorite
App is fine Favor service is awful
The final straw was a recent grocery order worth over $160 that was delivered to a completely different address, not even on my street. I received none of the groceries. While the order was refunded, the customer service experience was incredibly unprofessional. Multiple agents appeared to rely on scripted responses that did not address any of my concerns and provided confusing explanations and then closed the chat without allowing me to even send a response. It was the worst customer experience I’ve ever had and felt as though they had never been properly trained. Walmart delivery of all places has miles better customer support.
Unfortunately, this wasn’t my first issue with Favor runners. I’ve also had groceries packed carelessly, including raw meat placed with produce and heavy canned goods packed with bread and other easily damaged items.
Mistakes happen, and I can be understanding when they do. What matters is how a company responds. In my experience, Favor’s customer service has been far below what I would expect from a company associated with H-E-B.
I expect better from an H-E-B-affiliated service. Unfortunately, this experience has convinced me to cancel my Favor Gold membership and use other grocery delivery options going forward.
NO REASON FOR FAVOR IN 2026
Additionally, the driver pay structure has been recently altered at the expense of the driver’s paycheck. So the total number of active drivers has dropped tremendously, resulting in orders going unfulfilled.
On top of that, the restaurant-to-Favor relationship is so poor and uncommunicative, Favor consistently advertises restaurants that are shut down, currently closed, or are operated out of someone’s kitchen.
Do not use Favor in 2026.
