Inconsistent and getting worse
They’re just no help. The ai throws you in circles, if something gets taken and the restaurant won’t make a re-order, there’s no way to communicate that in app. It gets worse and worse all the time.
Not reliable
I ordered a coffee and it came spilled inside the bag and wouldn’t refund or acknowledge it.. there’s just too many issues lately with the delivery drivers
Disappointed
I’ve been using the Uber Eats app, at least once or twice a week, for the past three years. I switched over from another popular food service delivery and loved Uber Eats for years.The drivers came on time and the food was hot and there was never an issue. However, it has declined significantly in the past couple months. Twice this week they had trouble finding a driver or the driver’s would switch out and my food was coming cold. Uber would do nothing to compensate when it was 100% their issue. I’ve now canceled my subscription and would caution anyone from using the service as they do not take responsibility when it is 100% their fault your food arrives late and cold.
