Fees

I have an Amazon prime subscription and GrubHub delivery is supposed to be a perk at which specifies prime member do not pay service charges and delivery fee fees! I was charged $16 worth of fee fees for a $30 meal not to mention the meals are always higher on any delivery app!

The customer service is very questionable in terms of letting things slip through the cracks… I definitely feel like I lost money to them so please advise.
