Fees
I have an Amazon prime subscription and GrubHub delivery is supposed to be a perk at which specifies prime member do not pay service charges and delivery fee fees! I was charged $16 worth of fee fees for a $30 meal not to mention the meals are always higher on any delivery app!
Mixed feelings
The customer service is very questionable in terms of letting things slip through the cracks… I definitely feel like I lost money to them so please advise.

On this particular night, I ordered from two separate , pizza, places, and both times My orders was late The last order I received two additional slices from the restaurant, which was very kind, although I did not eat the types of pizza that were given thought it was very kind and I appreciate it however the my issues with the delivery service itself.

Dying app
Grubhub is a terrible dying app. I used to love using it. I refused to use other apps because of their great customer service. But my latest experience has left me speechless. Between talking to an AI agent for an hour to calling the restaurant myself only to find that my food had been waiting for over an hour because there were no available drivers. Use DoorDash or Uber Eats

DONT USE THIS APP
I waited 4 hours for 2 orders to come (1st got cancelled.) the dasher never responded to me, then support wasn’t a big help. I had just bought the membership that day and asked to cancel it and get a refund. They said they would, but LIED and never gave me my refund. If you want your money stolen and to be lied to then sure, use the app.

Missing item notification
Wouldn’t let me complete the order for 7-11 because an item became unavailable but it wouldn’t tell me which one was missing. I clicked through all the items to figure it out. If they had a place to report bugs I’d have done that but 1 star for not being customer or ui focused.

Love this app.
Great app and very easy to navigate and easy to place an order for the items that you previously purchased. If you have more than 3 seconds, then you’re welcome to use some other apps. Personally I don’t like to waste time with orders. This app has an amazing service.
Life Saving
With chronic illness it’s sometimes so difficult to shop and cook. I’m grateful to GrubHub and their drivers are very nice.
