It’ll say it’ll be delivered at a certain time and then they add more waiting time. No one wants to pick up your fking order. DOORDASH IS BETTER. Customer service trash. Didn’t help at all. A “$5 credit is the best we can do”Unbelievable. I ordered twice and the same thing happens to me. I should’ve just ordered somewhere else. I’m hungry and my lunch time is over.

I stopped when the delivery fees got too high but returned because some of my favorite restaurants use them. Recently, I appreciate the free delivery offer with a minimum of $50 purchase because I easily spend over that when I order BBQ or from a fine restaurant. I’m enjoying the interface of the app as well; it’s Easy to understand and navigate.

Must deliver to my apt door and not left outside of front door entrance
Grub Hub needs to improve the communication between its drivers and improve their learned ability to understand and speak articulate English.
Best decision since Amazon acquisition
Anytime my delivery is late. I use that guaranteed “on-time delivery guarantee”. Hits every single time 🫡
Another 2hr order
They took an hour and a half to deliver 5 mins away. Driver did two other deliveries after picking up my food.

Troubleshooting through the App’s chat is horrendous. Not to mention GrubHub’s ordering system and customer service support is inadequate.
Delivery times
The delivery times on my area are god awful. It is best to order like 2hrs ahead of time.
Infuriating & Inefficient
It takes forever for orders to get assigned to drivers, and most of them in my area go on various detours before pickup and delivery. Grubhub needs to change their process to only submit an order once a driver has been assigned, allowing customers to cancel orders that have not been assigned after waiting hours for a meal coming from a store 15 minutes away from them.

Y’all stick people up without a gun
These fees are outrageous. I’m surprised you’re still in business. You want to pay your drivers but you won’t the customers to pay the salary. I think that’s so messed up and so dishonest.

Seriously the worse customer service, they should tell you there is no drivers in your area. Won’t offer a refund, just keep offering credits even though grubhub does not operate in my area! Why did you let me order.
