Lacks customer support
My first time making an order from this app was a terrible experience it’s been an hour now and I’m still waiting for my food, I try clicking the help button but it just takes me back to the tracking I couldn’t communicate with customer support to help. Honestly one of the worst delivery apps I ever used do not recommend!

Horrific, but no choice
Where to start? Random crash, random removal of half your basket, inability to make payment for 12 hour stretches (incl cold storage), loss of baskets (cant be saved). This market is ripe for competition.
