Poor service
The riders are always late and once a customer came themselves to pick up the order after an hour and when she called foodpanda they said that the restaurant hadn’t prepared your order
App in the app is garbage.
I’m a software engineer and own a restaurant. Food panda as a whole is a bottom tier company. Drivers are always late, food panda lets customers steal from you, and they also moderate your responses to customer reviews as well as moderating changes to your menu, their entire setup is garbage and I’m about to transition my business model back to grab only. Takes weeks to get a response from your market manager and support
is non existent for partners, they still use antiquated ppc for marketing instead of ppo. They’ll be out of business in a year, better to use alternate solutions.

I cannot even use the app. Its been a while now but they haven’t fixed the bugs
