Lacks customer support
My first time making an order from this app was a terrible experience it’s been an hour now and I’m still waiting for my food, I try clicking the help button but it just takes me back to the tracking I couldn’t communicate with customer support to help. Honestly one of the worst delivery apps I ever used do not recommend!

Horrific, but no choice
Where to start? Random crash, random removal of half your basket, inability to make payment for 12 hour stretches (incl cold storage), loss of baskets (cant be saved). This market is ripe for competition.

This is the worst app please don’t use it. Every time I ordered something it was uneatable one time I didn’t even recieved my order and there discounts are scam they said 40% cash back on first grocery order so I made an order of 1870rs and I only got 500rs cash back 1870rs’s 40% cash back is 738 these are scammers please don’t order from them please save your money

Scam app with no way to cancel orders that are taking too long
This is a scam app. There’s zero customer service when things go wrong (extremely often) and the help page offers no help at all. This is not an accident. They don’t care about customer service. Find an alternative.
No support
Ordered lunch at 12:23pm, first ETA was 1pm. Then continuous delay, says rider is making another stop after another. Tried to get online help with no support. Eventually delivered at 2pm. Never using Foodpanda again.

Too much late
I m waiting from one and half hours but still now not received. Now it’s showing new arrival time after 45 minutes. That means two hour 15 minutes need to receive an order.
