Absolutely terrible delivery and customer support. Do not use this app.
My order was nearly 3 hours late. For over an hour, the app kept saying the rider was “5 minutes away.” I contacted support multiple times and repeatedly asked to cancel, but they kept refusing because the order had supposedly been dispatched. They told me it would arrive soon, repeatedly apologized, and then eventually ended the support chat without even answering my cancellation question.
After all that, the app finally gave me an “order didn’t arrive” option to request a refund.
I’ve also previously paid extra for priority delivery and watched the rider deliver multiple other orders before mine. After these experiences, I’ve deleted Foodpanda and will be ordering directly from restaurants instead.

When it’s little late or the distance is less between the shop and the consumer they don’t even assign a driver it’s to bad I got my order 30 late even though the shop was not even a km far from me

Worst customer service
They give the worst customer service. Customer services specialises in templated responses rather than actually being helpful to the customer. They say for any issues the amount is refunded but that refund never gets in. You lose money in short.
Login bug.
I don’t know why I can't log into my account. It seems they keep sending me the same code repeatedly, and not a single one will work. Do they want us to use it or not? It's been months, and I’ve tried with different numbers and devices, but none of my old IDs are working. Do I have to create a new account? We don't have unlimited SIM numbers.

Priority Delivery is a scam
Extremely disappointed with Foodpanda. I paid extra money for priority delivery expecting a faster order, but they just kept pushing back the delivery time repeatedly. What is the point of paying extra if it takes the same or even longer time? On top of that, customer support provides zero help regarding this issue. Never paying for Priority Delivery again!
