A very dissatisfying App for order placing. I got two orders delivered with same food I order for one. I didn’t order for two. If I have to I would have order it in one voucher. Why my order came with two different delivery??? And I can’t cancel it or get a help???!!! This company has no helpline also 😡😡 foodpanda is becoming worst nightmare day by day 👎👎👎

Ordered my cold drink at 11:42am and now it’s 12:30pm. I was wondering why it took so long. I checked the rider already picked my order up but he has to make 3 stops. I was like WHAT? THREE STOPS?! And have to wait for an hour for it??? What the hell? You want my drink to melt first before it arrived is it??? Kepala bana kau. Orang nak makan panas2. Nak minum air sejuk2. Apa guna bayar service macam ni?????

Unreliable
As a tourist in a new country food apps makes it easy to order food but not food panda I ordered 2x driver god knows where he died waiting and waiting no show as a result of this will sleep hungry thanks food panda for making it easy for tourists!
Trash scam app with no accountability
This app and company is a trash scam app. No customer service, completely fictional delivery times, very poor delivery practices etc etc etc. Use a serious app- literally any other
Product composition in the interface
Hello! Thank you so much for your application and your hard work. I have one big request for you. Please add the full ingredients to all dishes and products. When I go to the store, I always read the ingredients, but I can't do that here. Because of this, it is inconvenient for me to order delivery. I have gluten intolerance and it is vital for me to see the full composition of foods and dishes. It is also important for those who do not eat sugar, lactose, eggs, etc. I will be very grateful for this detail, so it will be easier for me to use the delivery.

Poor and misleading service
Delivery is never on time. While adding things to cart, it shows a reasonable time but actually takes at least 30 minutes more than projected. Previously there no refunds for missing items as well. Rates are increasing everyday and service is declining.

The order was delayed by around 1.5 hours. After waiting for a long time, I received a call saying that some items were unavailable. When I contacted the delivery rider through the app, I received an unprofessional response asking why I had ordered so many items.
When the order finally arrived, several items were missing and some of the delivered items were incorrect.
I understand that delays and stock shortages can happen, but customers deserve accurate orders, respectful communication, and better service—especially for large grocery orders. I hope Foodpanda improves its quality control and customer service.

The app consistently stood me from applying for a senior citizen discount account as it freezes or stalled after I click on “apply for senior citizen discount”

Such a clunky bug filled trash pile of an app. Relentless marketing for stuff you can’t even have - vouchers that don’t work and aren’t properly integrated with the software, the riders are the only part of this company that’s decent. Their disinter service is atrocious dropping well below the standard, AI pretending to be human with copy paste generic answers to questions. Cheap and nasty food promoted incorrectly - it really should be audited due to the false advertising. Steer clear if you can - use at your own peril.

good luck getting support
2 years same issues, no resolution. your card got reissued? 50% chance it'll never work again, 3rd account in my knowledge to have this issue. Need support? they lie to your face and mark any ticket as resolved without customer input. Support is a joke, the app barely works and 70% of the time your order will be wrong if you even get it, not to mention the horrendous UI. Unfortunate how they are the only option monopolizing delivery in a lot of areas.
