Poor customer servicr
Yesterday I ordered biriyani from a restaurant called (Delhi biriyani) firstly they took 1 hour to dekiver the food then when I get the food the food was spoiled i had to through it away later late I complaint about that and they said they will solve it by early morning still haven’t receive any update from them
I usually order food from foodi but they lack on customer service which made me so frustrated and wouldn’t recommend anyone to order from them I would rather order from foodpanda or pathao than foodi as their sole focus is on to make profit and not giving any priority to their regular customers
Its a shame!!

Bad customer service
The customer service was extremely disappointing. For my very first order, they insisted on taking a deposit upfront simply because I don’t live in Gulshan or Banani. Despite paying the deposit as requested, my order still took over 3 hours to arrive.
What made the experience even worse was their inefficient process. Instead of collecting the deposit digitally or arranging the delivery properly, they sent the delivery person to my house first just to collect the money. He then went to the restaurant to pick up the food and finally returned to my house to deliver it. This unnecessary back-and-forth caused a huge delay and showed a complete lack of planning and customer consideration.
For a first-time customer, this was a very frustrating experience and left a poor impression of their service.
