False Advertisement
They shows they have Promo Code for first two orders but they never let u use that on your first order. All their codes are useless for any order to any restaurant. Its just to attract customers to use their app and nothing else. Absolute Scammers. Be careful before using it.
Worst optimization and lack of customer service
This update is now lagging on my new iPhone 11 resulting heating up and draining battery constantly. UI is still terrible and bring back viewing reviews and giving custom reviews to the restaurants. That way people will know what they're getting.

Been using Foodi for a few months now and honestly it’s pretty solid overall. Ordering is smooth, delivery times are usually decent, and the UI feels clean. That said, the app could use some work — search filters are limited, customer support takes forever to respond, and it crashes occasionally during checkout. Fix these and it’d easily be a 5-star experience. Still my go-to for now though! Overall Approved 🤌🏻❤️🔥

Service is not up to the mark
Their app is very buggy and doesn’t manage riders properly. Assign too many deliveries at once and takes more than two hour to deliver where others takes 20-30min

Really impressed with the Foodi app! The interface is clean and easy to use, ordering is simple, and the overall experience has been smooth. Looking forward to trying more restaurants through Foodi. Great job!

Poor customer servicr
Yesterday I ordered biriyani from a restaurant called (Delhi biriyani) firstly they took 1 hour to dekiver the food then when I get the food the food was spoiled i had to through it away later late I complaint about that and they said they will solve it by early morning still haven’t receive any update from them
I usually order food from foodi but they lack on customer service which made me so frustrated and wouldn’t recommend anyone to order from them I would rather order from foodpanda or pathao than foodi as their sole focus is on to make profit and not giving any priority to their regular customers

Bad customer service
The customer service was extremely disappointing. For my very first order, they insisted on taking a deposit upfront simply because I don’t live in Gulshan or Banani. Despite paying the deposit as requested, my order still took over 3 hours to arrive.
What made the experience even worse was their inefficient process. Instead of collecting the deposit digitally or arranging the delivery properly, they sent the delivery person to my house first just to collect the money. He then went to the restaurant to pick up the food and finally returned to my house to deliver it. This unnecessary back-and-forth caused a huge delay and showed a complete lack of planning and customer consideration.
For a first-time customer, this was a very frustrating experience and left a poor impression of their service.

OTP issues and crashes
I have tried with old registered and new numbers to login/registration, OTP never comes. Also if you try to register using email, the phone number is still required for profile completion.
Tried in another Android device where old account was logged in, the app crashed as soon as order is placed.

The customer service team is a joke. Absolutely helpless
Garbage customer complaint policies
So they mess up my very first order (sure that’s a mistake from the side of the restaurant) but their response was regarding whether I consumed my wrong order or not because I did not then apparently they’d make me wait another 30-40 minutes to “exchange” it for the right order. And since I did consume it (because it was my lunch and dinner and I was hungry) they wanted to give me a 50 taka voucher for a 425 taka order they messed up. For reference I ordered beef cheese blast and they gave me chicken (it was written on the receipt too btw so the rider could have checked it). I took a bite and then understood that it was chicken. So all I want to know is, what would anyone have done with that chicken burger I took a bite of? Why couldn’t they send me the right order again or even asked if I wanted that or even reimbursed me for that specific item at least? What would my chicken burger have given them?
