They served me the wrong food and then kept me waiting for two hours just to replace the item I had originally ordered. This was the worst service experience I have ever had. Extremely disappointing and unacceptable.

Better than Foodpanda in my area. Because foodpanda shows traffic issues and don't take orders often. But Foodi always takes order. Though there is a little issue regarding one specific rider. I don't remember his name. He always calls and asks for more time. Then he comes after 1.5 hours. After arriving his behaviour changes and rushes me to pick up. Can't even wait just 3 minites. Even when I'm in elevator he keeps calling and rushing.

Certain Issues.
The app has very good deals and doesn't add extra charges on normal orders unlike Foodpanda who often display prices at a higher price than the restaurant menu itself. But unlike Foodpanda foodie's customer service is terrible. I was once delivered raw food and when I complained with proof they could not deliver proper judgement ensuing that this being a restaurant side issue has to be dealt with them and that they aren't liable to refund me unless the restaurant does it through alternative, under the table transaction. That aside, picking and being stuck between paying online and cash on delivery is really bizarre. Once a single online payment for a delivery has been done you are locked behind and extorted to pay for 2 more orders otherwise they won't re-enable Cash On Delivery for users. Very VERY frustrating issues with the app which isnt nearly worth it for lower prices.

Bad policy
I ordered two meals for my wife, totaling ৳1411. However, they mistakenly served us the wrong food worth ৳500. When I informed them about the issue, they claimed that there was nothing they could do about it. I was shocked and disappointed, as I felt that my money was being wasted.

I started using foodie because foodpanda’s delivery charge and other charges was increasing drastically and foodie charged less compared to foodpanda. Unfortunately now foodie is becoming like foodpanda . They are increasing delivery charges and more extra charges. I am disappointed.
Only delivery app that seems to care for both customer and rider
I have tried other apps , they sure often give more discounts but gets back on other charges and tips whereas Foodie targets on your fav restaurant , gives discounts and at the same time paying the rider better than other apps

They shows they have Promo Code for first two orders but they never let u use that on your first order. All their codes are useless for any order to any restaurant. Its just to attract customers to use their app and nothing else. Absolute Scammers. Be careful before using it.
Worst optimization and lack of customer service
This update is now lagging on my new iPhone 11 resulting heating up and draining battery constantly. UI is still terrible and bring back viewing reviews and giving custom reviews to the restaurants. That way people will know what they're getting.

Been using Foodi for a few months now and honestly it’s pretty solid overall. Ordering is smooth, delivery times are usually decent, and the UI feels clean. That said, the app could use some work — search filters are limited, customer support takes forever to respond, and it crashes occasionally during checkout. Fix these and it’d easily be a 5-star experience. Still my go-to for now though! Overall Approved 🤌🏻❤️🔥
