Poor customer service
Not only do they allow unresponsive restaurants that do not deliver or deliver an hour late in their platform, they also don’t take any responsibility and just tell you to add a review for the restaurant. Well here’s one fit you. Completely rubbish customer service.
Absolute joke
I order McDonald’s to be exact 2 quarter pounder, 1 mozzarella shared box and some sauces and I received 2 cheese burgers and a Big Mac. I have photo evidences and they’re STILL refusing to send a refund. Absolute joke.
McDonald’s edge lane
Missing 20 chicken nuggets for my child so av just had to order again from the same McDonald’s for another 20 chicken nuggets and in the mean time I hat to give my burger to my kid so hat to order another burger for myself joke isn’t the word fumin 🤬🤬🤬
Food not delivered
On more than one occasion the couriers just mark the order as delivered without actually delivering the order. When you contact customer service they say that they reviewed it and you don’t deserve a refund. One time I had actual CCTV footage showing the courier walking away with my food and they were claiming he left the food in a safe place. Joke of company
