Terrible customer service !!
Made an Order to kfc took double the expected waiting time to arrive called the restaurant and was extremely rude and unhelpful, then food arrived freezing cold . Complained to just eat and sent multiple detailed emails to the app saying I should receive a refund due to the terrible food and lack of customer service and they are refusing to give compensation. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS APP!!!!

Refused a refund
I recently ordered double cheeseburger with bacon and chips however I only received a single cheeseburger with no bacon. I requested for a refund and they said Unfortunately no refund is possible after “looking at all the evidence”which i had funny & annoying considering they never asked me to provide any evidence!

We ordered through Just Eat in Spain and they claimed the food had been delivered when it absolutely hadn’t. They then told the us the delivery service said they’d delivered it, offering no proof. The second we said we’d dispute the charge with our credit card company, magically the food showed up about half an hour later — nearly two hours after the original delivery time. Very sketchy and honestly pretty dishonest.

Amazing quality food. Suspect chef has changed since I first started ordering as I’ve noticed subtle changes that means the food isn’t as elevated as it once was. Nevertheless, still top class!
Scam for international users - DO NOT USE
They listen to restaurants over customers with no proof. The restaurant stole our feet and lied that it was delivered. We had camera proof nothing was delivered but they listened to their restaurants over us.
