My order was hanging for 1h30m because they were searching for a rider. I discovered it after I called the restaurant and they told me they couldn't even start preparing because they were awaiting confirmation of a rider. This was not transparent at all, and the lack of communication from the company is very disappointing. The application showed that the order was accepted and they even estimated when it would arrive. How can you even estimate it if you don't have a rider? It's unacceptable that the order does not automatically cancel after a short period, when riders are not available, or at the very least to be notified about it. When I called customer support to give them feedback, they immediately shifted the blame onto the restaurant? Pathetic. Childish. Dishonest. This is the delivery company with the worst customer experience I have ever had (multiple times actually), and with the highest fees. Honestly I only use it when it's the only option, and always end up regretting it.

Has unreliable restaurants on the app. No food delivered, restaurant would not pick up my phone, and would not refund my money.

They failed to deliver our food at the hospital where I waited outside the maternity entrance for a hour the place we told them to deliver, nobody rang or turned up then they refused to Issue a refund.
