This 15% commission is fake. First of all, they cheat about commission, and second very important thing, 1 negative review, and you lose. No body will order again from your store. And of story. I call them, try to manage it, to delete 1* star review, this isn’t really a review, just one star and that’s it. No review. Even customer have an issue, we don’t know what is happened. We just lose business at GrubHub, and sell via Uber and DoorDash, they more loyal about it. Good luck GrubHub with your business!!

I trained lots of times to see how much money I made from my restaurant and I had to call GH so I can see it’s not very good i recommend GH let us see how much money we made
Sending Violations and losing the best drivers
I know a lot of California drivers who worked full time at Grubhub and are leaving grubhub because of the violations they are getting in Grubhub fault system. Grubhub is losing the best drivers who worked hard for the company.
The worst restaurant owners app. 48h become 2 month
I have been changing my ownership 2 month already. Requiring Ton of paperwork. Guys take it easy. It’s easy to open a new restaurant than account in GH. You should be flexible… I don’t work with GH
