Ez cater sucks
Excater makes it really hard for the caterer to buisness with them. They make you jump through all sorts of hoops and take a lot of money… but then tell you, it’s for your benefit.

Worse customer service
Zero customer service response, took almost 3 weeks to reply but no help at all
High commission fee
Their commission fee is really high, not to mention additional processing fee and also hidden fee that no description given. Their customer care would never respond you if relate payment fee charge.
No direct contact
I have to email every issue to partner success because the customer service doesn’t deal with the most of the merchant issues. And if you are lucky they might write you back in few days.

My account. Don’t know where the menu posted on my site came from but this not what I submitted Prices are all wrong and trying to get on the app to manage my menu is impossible. Should not be this difficult. I’m very disappointed so far… Don’t know what happened to menu I sent and communication is not great
