Please give an option to start the delivery in the app without having to wait because I know my city and there is a lot of traffic. It takes me longer to get there than your timing if you wait to give me access to the “start catering” button until the time allotted I can’t do things correctly. This is getting really annoying.

Ez cater sucks
Excater makes it really hard for the caterer to buisness with them. They make you jump through all sorts of hoops and take a lot of money… but then tell you, it’s for your benefit.

Worse customer service
Zero customer service response, took almost 3 weeks to reply but no help at all
High commission fee
Their commission fee is really high, not to mention additional processing fee and also hidden fee that no description given. Their customer care would never respond you if relate payment fee charge.
No direct contact
I have to email every issue to partner success because the customer service doesn’t deal with the most of the merchant issues. And if you are lucky they might write you back in few days.

Probably works if you can get into it
You have to confirm in 15 mins, it says use this app. Password and username are the same, logged into it on the computer, works fine. Do the send secure link, ezcater website shows sad potato sorry this is awkward and doesn’t exist. Penalized for not being at the computer constantly and then directed in a circle for 20 min before trying to call and then being on hold for entirely too long. No thanks.

Worst interface ever
Changing basics like updating menu items is a pain. Everything has to be requested via forms where you have to fill out thousand times the same data you already did.

Zero customer service after on boarding
I had high hopes to get my restaurant on this platform. During the initial on boarding process, I had constant communication with the only two individuals with the set up. Once I received an email that my restaurant was live, I hoped online to check it out. Sadly, my menu “serves” was wrong with every item. I contacted both individuals without getting what seems would be a simple fix resulting with me calling the 800 number to deactivate my account.

I had an order ready for more that 4 hours in my restaurant and the driver cancelled 3 times .
Worst Customer Service
We have been using EZ Cater for years now- I think about 4. They have always and still do have the worst customer service ever. If you, the business, needs something be prepared to have to reach out multiple times and never get a response. However, when they need to reconfirm an order whether it’s 10pm or 6am they will call and call dozens of times. The service is a joke and they pay for google ads using their ‘partners’ names so they can get a piece of everything.

Hoping for a notification sound to be added
Love and user friendly! The only reason for 4 stars is because I wish it had a notification sound. I would love it even more if it did!

I log in fine, hit the order or ranking and it logs me out. It worked fine before.

This app is so easy to use, manage and the support staff is always helpful and amazing! I just wish this app had a notification sound. It’s literally the only app on my phone without one. Please please please create a sound for this app!
