Bug fixes and performance improvements
Toast Tables is a POS-integrated waitlist and reservation solution designed for restaurants. It helps hosts manage guest arrivals, optimize table turnover, and improve overall hospitality by providing real-time table status and guest information.
Key features include seamless waitlist and reservation management, real-time table status updates directly from the POS, automated guest notifications via 2-way SMS, and the ability to track guest notes, preferences, and VIP tags.
The application itself is free to download and use. However, it requires a Toast restaurant account and a Toast Tables account to function. There are no in-app purchases or ads mentioned.
This app is optimized for iPads running iOS 12 or later. While it may function on an iPhone, the full experience might be limited. Some features may also be accessible via Toast Web.
It helps manage guest flow by providing hosts with an integrated system for waitlists and reservations. Real-time table status updates from the POS allow for quick table turns, and features like server rotations and guest preferences ensure a smoother seating process.
