Poor app design and optimization
Been using it for 5+ years, I can say with confidence it’s probably the worst optimized app I’ve ever used. It’s always full of bugs, updates mostly makes things worst. It’s a shame to have such a poor app from such a big corpo… they have the funds to do better than this, this is made for professional use… yet …

It could be better
App keeps crashing on my iPhone 17 Pro running iOS 26. Please release an update — this issue has made the app unopened, unusable. Very disappointing support and outdated technology for such a major platform.
The most inferior reservation software
Resy is so far behind technologically it’s astonishing and pitiful. I regret signing my restaurant up with them. They don’t have any web control over their tables and no android app so if you don’t have an android, you’re out of luck. Updates on the dashboard sometimes take hours to push to customer facing modules.
I really don’t understand how Amex could fail so miserably on a product like this.
