My restaurant recently tried using tables instead of Open table. Horrible choice. It is lacking the most basic tools. Absolute nightmare.

Our restaurant recently switched from open table to toast table. This is the most generic app I’ve even used. My 11 year old could of done better. Be better Toast.

Unusable
Title says it all. I want to use this product, but can’t. No way to create a new account. Worse, I have used “Toast” to order food many times over several years. I always use my phone number, never an email to login. This app wants an email, doesn’t have a phone # feature, doesn’t let you “create new” and doesn’t recognize my email despite sending receipts to said email. Bummer.

Trouble signing in
Tried signing in with my email, but my password is not working. I have clicked on the forgot password button several times and have not received any reset link.
Less than half baked !!
Toast is well known for trying to do everything ,but almost all its programs are half baked . Seriously get it together Toast !! If you are bringing a product to the market and we are paying for it , make sure it is 80-90% on par with other programs , not like 30-40 % . This app lacks many basic functionalities . You can’t even see how many guest total reservations you have for the day. We have to count them one by one.

Will not work on a iPhone. What’s the point of having a program that you can’t check reservations from your phone only the ipad at the restaurant.
