Impossible to login

New update has logged me out and now requires me to use a browser pop-up to login so I cannot use my saved passkey in my phone. Unusable.

Every time I get transferred to a live agent my side stops working. I either can send my messages or the whole chat box disappears not letting me send messages. I even came to see if it needed to be updated. No luck.

This app jus doesn’t work at all. The online website doesn’t work either. Support function doesn’t work, the website is still stuck on my old job. Wire literally the worst app
