Poorly Optimized during Inventory Count
I’ve never gotten more frustrated week after week with an inventory system in all of my years managing. It’s poorly optimized in a way where you need to restart the app frequently just for it to load to input your counts. We have business gigabyte internet and it still takes 15 seconds to load each item which when you have to do a $60000 inventory, it adds an hour or two just in waiting for it to load/ populate. Please for the love of everything take a deep dive into how inventory populates and optimize it devs. Other than that, the rest of the app is great for everything else, just not the most important aspect.

Missed shifts and is super confusing to use the whole layout just doesn’t make sense

Work is work, but make it fun and clear!
I don’t really have a choice, but I’m glad the restaurant I work for uses this system. It’s easy to see what shifts are available, view my current shifts, and coordinate with my coworkers. As an employee I’d prefer all restaurants to use this system.
