Its a simple app and pretty easy to use. However, the support is extremely mediocre. You should hope you never have issues because they are difficult to reach and only able to be contacted through emails that are often not replied to. Otherwise its good and i like it.

Gives you error code when you try to change your security questions

Buggy

When I first downloaded the app, I liked that it was simple to clock in/out. But the more I used it the more buggy it got. It would log you out & there are 3 different names this company goes by so it was challenging to get my phone to enter the correct password when logged out. Then, I was no longer able to view my time card or time off without going to Safari. I finally deleted the app & reinstalled. It is working today so I gave them an extra star. Not a fan
