This App is the best thing you can have at your fingertips if running a business. Now that CoachQ has been added that helps with root causes of the business and even gets into the weeds on an hourly basis.You couldn’t ask for a better platform. Bravo to the QsrSoft Team!
My Opinion
The app is very glitchy, and my company even though it agrees that it’s glitchy it’s the best app we can use. If you want your employees to complain and to be unable dismiss notifications, this is the perfect app. This is coming from a crew member, just a normal employee, I’m not a manager, I’m not a supervisor, I’m just a crew member.

Great potential, horrible execution
So the app has great potential to be great. Let’s go over the pros and cons
Pros:
1- all information is available and updates hour by hour
2-tracking previous sales and current sales and auto calculates into percentages.
3-tracks times
4- great for sales and metrics
Cons:
1- ticketing system is horrible for equipment repairs
2- not user friendly, you really have to dig
3- no parts inventory that can be assigned to equipment when used to track cost of repairs
4- Not user friendly with personnel that does not know what equipment is which for the tracking on how many tickets are placed on 1 certain piece of equipment.
5- manually have to add the cost of repair and labor times
6- again with no inventory for repair equipment parts, it would have to be assigned under store/restaurant then moved when used. Which leads to the next con
7- no automatic MRP (minimum reorder point) creation of a PO (purchase order) when inventory reaches a low quantity
8- does not track well on the ticketing system does not auto assign to tech who accepts ticket
9-glitches out way too often
This POV is from an Equipment repair technician whom is tired of manually keeping track of everything from price, suppliers, cost, etc etc.

Biggest Scam
This is the biggest scam to try and get employees to work cause if you get points for something and redeem it you have to talk to your manager and they don’t even know how to get the stuff
Can’t open the app after update
I physically cannot use it after the update. The screen is blank. It asks me to reload, and I’ve tried every tab in the app, but still nothing. It’s the way I get my schedule. I like QSRSoft fine when it works, so I’ll update my review once they patch it to where we can actually USE the app. I keep checking the app to see if there are any updates because this is ridiculous and disappointing.
