This update fixes an issue that was stopping push notifications from reaching some users, so you won't miss important alerts. We've also made it easier to move between comments while reviewing feedback, and fixed a few display issues for a more reliable experience.

Bad app

This app is really bad, it was super slow and annoying to try to find where everything is, one day it kick me out of my session because an error of the app and until this day it doesn’t even let me log in, I’ll definitely taking my business somewhere else

App never works just use desktop or personal computer

It’s all 0’s and API errors.

No choice but to use this.

There was one time a push notification was available for new cases to resolve immediately. If any update, please fix this notification FIRST. The rest isn’t important, and can be access through full site.
