Just a terrible App
We have had this app and website forced upon us to respond to customer Feedback. The app is hit or miss if it works. It’s by far the worst user interface I have ever seen. Nothing on here flows. There’s even a “provide us feedback” built into the app that doesn’t work. I can’t find one positive thing about this pile of junk that was forced upon us. Just terrible!

Hard to use on purpose?
This app is straight buns. Just confusing for no reason. I have to actually close the app out and restart it for it to update resolved cases in the dashboard. I also tried to use the “leave a review” part of the app “tell us what you think” and it glitched out and wouldn’t let me select a rating or submit one. Pretty hilarious that the customer relations management software hasn’t figured out how to communicate with their own customers.

Currently horrible
This app is constantly having errors, extremely long loading times, or it just fails to accomplish tasks all together. Please make some serious updates

hard to navigate, also very slow. has a great website thats easy to use, but the app is not great.
Bad app
This app is really bad, it was super slow and annoying to try to find where everything is, one day it kick me out of my session because an error of the app and until this day it doesn’t even let me log in, I’ll definitely taking my business somewhere else

App never works just use desktop or personal computer

No choice but to use this.
There was one time a push notification was available for new cases to resolve immediately. If any update, please fix this notification FIRST. The rest isn’t important, and can be access through full site.

I don’t like the app. I liked the old way. I can no longer see any information for my location. I have to constantly go to setting and visit full site on the website. Please fix this !!!!!
Terrible app
I wouldn’t give this app a star it never works it doesn’t show all of the surveys that customers do you need to work on it cause so far this app is trash I don’t recommend it
The App is unusable
I have to use this platform because I’m a Franchisee of one of the largest pizza franchises. This app is useless. Typically apps help you see data easier and more intuitively, but I would rather jump on my desktop computer and take extra time to access the desktop version (which is still a mediocre website, but it gets the job done). I will use the mobile web version on occasion, but even then it’s hard to use. I’m really shocked this app or the website has not seen much improvement over the years.

Recent update issue
Love the app but ever since your most recent update none of my comments are loading and it shows a blank screen but if I go to the full site they load

Whenever I click on the “full site” option, the App keeps on kicking me out and asking me to “download the app” 😳 when I'm actually using the app. 🤔
New version is effin terrible!!!!
How do you clear a complaint after calling the customer? Who designed this without describing what the buttons do? Some buttons take you to blank pages. It’s apparent that nobody tested this app before making available. Terrible!!

This app is horrible!!!!! Like super horrible.... it's hard to navigate and the information on when shoppers shopped is inaccurate... some surveys on app have said while the store was even open.. but if I go to the full site on web the correct information is there comments are hard to find and open as well as getting the comparison reports, the whole feel of this app is wrong and hard to use!! You should revert to the previous version because I can guarantee most users myself included just end up going to the website to get clear and concise survey results!!!

Update gone wrong
Since the update the app keeps kicking me out everyday wanting a username and password. My store only allows codes to be put in . I don’t have time everyday to get one.
