Its a simple app and pretty easy to use. However, the support is extremely mediocre. You should hope you never have issues because they are difficult to reach and only able to be contacted through emails that are often not replied to. Otherwise its good and i like it.

When I first downloaded the app, I liked that it was simple to clock in/out. But the more I used it the more buggy it got. It would log you out & there are 3 different names this company goes by so it was challenging to get my phone to enter the correct password when logged out. Then, I was no longer able to view my time card or time off without going to Safari. I finally deleted the app & reinstalled. It is working today so I gave them an extra star. Not a fan

Bugs everywhere
I’ve been using this app for almost a year now and every time there’s been an update, there doesn’t seem to be any major improvement.
Let’s start by saying the app doesn’t even look like their preview images show in the App Store. That’s outdated. Additionally, the app has had an issue for months where at the login page, once you enter your information, when you click login a connection/network error appears at the bottom of the page, even if you’re fully connected to WiFi or have access to data. You have to click login a second time for it to actually attempt to login.
This app also asks to change password every few months which is annoying and unnecessary, considering they have 2FA. This is a major inconvenience, especially for people that aren’t very tech savvy to save their passwords and for other people that might have a hard time remembering several passwords for different apps, etc.
The app isn’t terrible but it’s definitely buggy and unnecessarily inconvenient in some areas.

App doesn’t work
After update yesterday you can’t view hours in app anymore error message, everything else still works
Logged out automatically/Error 403
I’d love to be able to actually check my paystubs if this app would work, I got logged out automatically for no reason, I can’t reset my password or anything just to be able to sign in because all it gives me no matter what I do is an error 403, even if I put in my password from before it does the same thing. Please fix your app or something, it was working fine before, so what happened?

Set up the app everything is good and every time I go to log in it say I need to enable 2FA so I do have the code sent to me and when I hit submit the 2FA message pops up so I click ok and it stops loading so I click it again and the same thing. Absolutely garbage app for any company to use. I’d give it zero stars if that was an option.

Gets stuck at certain screens
On iPad Pro m4 when you get to the pay summaries there’s absolutely no way to go back to the the main menu or any other screen without closing the app and reopening. Please fix.
