Bad app
Missed shifts and is super confusing to use the whole layout just doesn’t make sense

Not accurate times, troubles logging in
Work is work, but make it fun and clear!
I don’t really have a choice, but I’m glad the restaurant I work for uses this system. It’s easy to see what shifts are available, view my current shifts, and coordinate with my coworkers. As an employee I’d prefer all restaurants to use this system.

R365 is very user friendly and keep me up to date with my business!
Can’t even request off
Whenever I go to make changes a request off or availability change it give be an an internal server error been this way for a month!
Mediocre app at best
Bare bones app with lots of bugs. Often fails to load my schedule, sometimes shows the same date (for example 6/4) 7 times in a row when viewing the week. I often have to refresh the schedule for it to show correctly or force close and reopen to get it to work properly.
Offering shifts
It would be nice to be able to pick a specific person when offering a shift
Good but has problems
When it works it’s good, but for some reason it’s not working. I can’t see my schedule, make requests, I’d schedule changes. Can you please help me out?

Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. So disappointed my company switched to this app. Scheduling is way more complicated than it needs to be. 7shift and homebase were way more user friendly. This app is basically a glorified excel spreadsheet.
Don’t even get me started the tip pool automation feature.
Honestly I can’t think of one solid thing it does better than any program I’ve used previously.

Log notes
Update the log notes so I can actually see what I’m typing. The messaging app should be available on the desktop version as well.

Worst scheduling app i’ve ever used
New update sucks badly
Whenever you came out with the new update, you completely ruined the app because now whenever you’re posting your Manager log notes there’s no way to do it efficiently from the mobile app. It does not allow you to see what you are typing the update completely ruined the app and I have no use for it at my restaurant anymore. I’m considering a new app to use.

Perfect app easy to use and manage schedule and who working when there working and my requests and time off is super easy to do with the app and I can see when it’s approved and the messaging allows me to talk to coworkers about shifts without having peoples numbers or in an emergency super convenient and easy app to use

Updates should fix things, not make them worse…
I’ve appreciated a lot of the updates y’all have made the past few months, but this most recent update has made manager/logbook notes completely unusable. Why change something that didn’t even need fixing in the first place?
