Easy easy transportation

Early morning pick up made our morning with great conversation and terrific host. Uber is so easy to use even for any crowd.

Everything is ok EXCEPT…

When ordering food through Uber Eats there is no way to request a refund or even express what was wrong with an order. My meals have been left at the wrong house multiple times and there is no way too rectify this through the app

Uber takes to long to find a courier

Uber sucks at getting people to get my food. Tell me why it took an hour for someone to get my food it came cold. It’s not like I don’t tip I tip what I’m supposed to tip I hate this.
