Drivers cancel rides

This is a terrible service. Drivers take your ride and then you can watch them as they wait for others rides at the airport before cancelling your ride. I was stranded for 45 minutes trying to find a ride.

Sneak extra charges

I used this few times, often no drivers available. Last time I was charged for some 'waiting time' and 'handling fee'. I asked the man to fold the back seat so I can put the stuff in the boot. 'No, it will fit on back seat'. Hell it didn't. And I am charged for his stupidity.

Rubbish

They won’t let me delete my account saying that my number is invalid. But my number is valid and verified on the app. They won’t even let me reverify it because it’s already valid. Since I cannot delete my account, they are forcefully withholding my information and I will be taking legal action
