After multiple attempts to use DiDi each time driver accepts, is going away from booking location and when I ask where they are going, they cancel the job leaving you stranded. Stopped trying to use them in Australia.

complete nonsense, book a ride, driver is less than 1km away then cancels, next is 15 minutes away, cancel it to look for a quicker one because why would i wait that long when i should be in the car already. they jack the prices as they always do and its twice as much. complete pricks your business sucks

All scammers waited for 1hour had 7 riders cancel and half of them would sit in the same spot for 20mins and try to scalp cancelation fee support was bs giving me discounts for there stupid drivers instead of removing them off the platform went with uber and had 0 issues first driver picked me up such a scam app

첫 회원가입 화면에서 전화번호만 입력했는데 “요청횟수가 너무 많다”며 잠시후 실행하라고 나옵니다. 기다렸다가 실행해도 계속 똑같고, 앱을 지웠다 깔았다 반복해도 똑같습니다.

Mal servicio
Es una batalla usar la app. No permite usar la tarjeta como método de pago. Tampoco te deja tomar viajes cuando quieres usar cupón que la misma aplicación te da. Tampoco respetan o toman el viaje cuando pones el precio, siempre tienes que tomar el precio que el conductor tiene y últimamente son muy robados casi el doble de lo normal.

Annoying irrelevant notifications
It could be a good alternative to Uber, but once it's installed it keeps sending notifications even when you aren't in a place they operate. Makes it unhelpful as a ride hailing app cos silencing the spam turns off real notifications
