They Charge what they want not what they say
Charged me for a waiting fee that never existed and asked me to pay so they can refund me, outrageous!

I agree to take didi bcs the fare was cheap. But then they always charge me more. Thats so stupid !!!!

The app and service is generally very good in Sydney metro at least. However almost daily I get a push notification that is just some ad. Very annoying

Como así mi chofer estando fuera de mi casa canceló dos veces y me aplicaron cargos eso es una basura yo debería poder aplicarle un descuento a ese chofer así como a mi me aplican cargos y las tarifas aumentaron me quieren llevar a 10 km por 200 pesos cuando antes me cobraban 50 pesos que es esta basura

probably the worst app for rides imo. i booked a ride for 22 dollars and it charged me 32, without any notice beforehand that there could be adjusted fees. i don’t like the ambiguity and lack of truthfulness in the service. this could easily pass as a scam and fraudulent

Scammer drivers, they don’t help
I made a small mess in a drivers car, I told them to wait there repeatedly apologised because I was very sorry. I told him to wait I bought disinfectant, disinfected his car left it smelling like lemon. He then tries to charge me a 121 dollar cleaning fee. I go through customer support three times, and on the last time I tried they said they had voided the cleaning fee. Did they? Of course not. I then email them properly I provide evidence I show them their agent saying they’d cancel the fee AND THEY IGNORE MY EMAIL THE 4.8 STARS ARE FAKE

Cheap but unreliable
With Uber prices getting completely stupid. This is a cheaper alternative. BUT, if you hit the wrong option prices can change unexpectedly. When you do lock in a ride, drivers can disappear and leave you waiting for another.
Couldn't even get a ride.
Literally missed an important meeting because I relied on this app, the drivers never accept the rides and the feed keep going up and even with me paying more and more they still never accept it. My ride request got cancelled 5 times and then eventually I just gave up because im completely powerless to do anytjing. I feel nothing but rage for this app and the drivers on it because I can't even get to where i'm going, absolutely pathetic.

Unfair and unreasonable customer service
Booked a Didi to get to work. The trip normally takes around 15 minutes, but the driver took a significantly longer route and avoided the toll road, resulting in a journey of approximately one hour. I arrived late for work and lost pay. Despite providing screenshots and raising a complaint with customer support, I was only offered a $10 voucher. Extremely disappointed with both the service and the complaint handling process.

Horrible scam app
I was offered a free ride as apart of a promotion, as this was free I decided to take it for a short trip. Instead I’m told I have to pay my full fare as it had not been paid. This is absolutely disgusting and clearly used to take advantage of people who won’t dispute it. I went to discuss this with customer service and was told it still must pay the ride as their system says it wasn’t discounted. System error or scam it’s horrible with horrible service. Stick to uber and safe yourself the hassle.
