The DiDi app is very laggy on my iPhone 17 Pro. It often freezes, takes too long to load, and the overall performance feels slow. Please optimize the app, as it’s frustrating to use.

Traumatic uber driver
As I was getting out and reaching for my suitcase, the driver suddenly started moving before I was fully out of the car. It was dangerous, traumatic, and completely unacceptable. I don’t feel safe using DiDi again after this.

Waiting time
My waiting time went from 6 mins to 13 mins..? I booked a Didi at 11:50 and the app said I’ll get to my place at 12:19 but it was 12:14 and I was still waiting and the initial driver cancelled my ride
terrible scamming
The one time i was actually lucky to get a ride the driver took an extra long routine and kept "missing" turns or driving extra slow even when i corrected him and told him to go the other way the same as the directions was doing he ignored it causing my fee to go up $15 then when i reported it the bot never re funded me from then ive tried to get 2 more rides each time i haven't had anyone respond or they do respond and cancel a couple minutes later 0/10 terrible app not reliable and scams

Pérdida de tiempo por conductores
Es una falta de respeto en cuestión de pérdida de tiempo. los conductores te hacen esperar el “tiempo de encuentro” para que al final te cancelen. uno como usuario, si cancela le añaden el cobro pero ellos, cancelan a cada rato cuando el encuentro ya es de “2min”. uno pierde su tiempo por darle preferencia a Didi de ser app de viaje.

Price Increasing after the trip
Didi is giving a discount whenever I do the booking and then increases the fare after the trip. It happens many times, very short, long trips, heavy or unheavy traffic, Their reason is because of the detour etc but that’s is just an excuse to make you book. It is so different with uber, uber is very upfront with the price. Will never use Didi again.

Why not reading the reviews before. I’ve had so many times that I get didi because it was cheaper but at the end magically it went up. Or the promotions where you end up paying more for nothing. I got offered a ride for 8,45 then there was this voucher that offered 50% I accepted and then it turns out my trip was actually 12 dollars and they discounted 4 so I pay 8.45 when I confirmed the ride I was seeing the price of 4.45.

Poor ride acceptance and cancellation
Can’t find a ride so close the app. Still get charged when someone finally decides to accept ride 30 minutes after closing the app
doesn’t find me rides to basic trips
keeps telling me that my driver will be found within a certain time frame, only to continuously extend that time frame. Had me waiting for a 15 min trip for half an hour and i missed my shift.
Good service, terrible app interface
I love didi service. Great alternative to uber. App interface is not as user friendly, and on occasions when there is a fare adjustment you end up getting a barrage of notifications telling you to pay different fees. It’s very confusing. Didi needs to improve its notification system for fare adjustments to avoid confusion!
