Yall need this update
I’m a POC and I genuinely hate that there’s no option to select drivers that speak the same language as you. Frankly I think that it’s a safety risk and also super important for drivers and riders in general. I only speak English and don’t drive so I rely on uber for ALL of my transportation and I am constantly faced with drivers I cannot communicate with. I cannot relay specifics, tell them if they’re going the wrong way, express medical concerns, ANYTHING. I’m by no means saying that people that don’t speak English shouldn’t be uber drivers BUT there needs to be an option to get a driver that’s speaks YOUR LANGUAGE.
