Bad customer service.

I am genuinely sick of skips customer service. Almost every interaction with an agent has been negative. I shouldn’t have to wait 30 minutes for an agent to respond to a basic question before shutting down the conversation WITHOUT answering the question.

I’ve had this app for quite a long time. I just don’t see the benefits to using it any further.
