Horrible service
I ordered something from dominoes and waited 3 hours in those 3 hours I was talking to skip support and they keep saying to wait so I did until I finally called the dominoes and they said they don’t even use skip for orders and that they didn’t have my order and weren’t gonna make it so then I canceled my order and after all that messing around I was gonna just use uber so I wanted my money back but there is a 10 business day wait to get your money back how are they able to take my money in less than a second and I need to wait 10 BUSINESS days so now I’m waiting to get my money back and I recommend to use any other order site they have done this type of stuff to much to me so I hope I help someone

Can’t support a company that supports a sports team that hires “alleged” rapists.
I won’t use an app that actively has their logo on the team that hired one of the 5 juniors. Companies that advertise with the NHL need to start supporting the fans and put their $$ where the fans want it to go - to a team that actively listens to its fans - all of them, including the women. We are a huge percentage of the fan base and some of the loudest. We are the Hockey Moms driving our kids every weekend morning to practice. To tournaments. We want our kids to have players that are actually good people they can look up to. And that Hockey Canada is a safe place to put our children (it’s been proven this is not the case!). Hockey Canada and the NHL need to change the narrative about hockey culture and stop the abuse. This is a game. It should be enjoyable for everyone.

All drivers are polite and customer service is always there if something goes wrong as it is not skips fault when restaurants should be allowed to use Skip.

Skip has been great . I have unfortunately used skip pretty well multiples a day for the last 3 months. Everything has been smooth. The amount of money I’ve spent though I feel like I should be getting some credits every now then ,
Distance
I feel like drivers from other areas should not accept orders too far from them. It ends up taking so long and the food ends up cold.
Order issues
Not sure why but anytime I use this app to order anything, it has the highest chances to have something wrong/missing with the order. Maybe coincidence who knows.
Canceling payments
Every time I try to order their security system declines my payment siddharth with customer service was of no use
Inflated price
Online food prices are so so much higher than in store price. Be careful after all discounts provided in app, you might still pay more than in store
I will never use skip again
I ordered McDonald’s as a midnight snack before class and it never was assigned a courier after almost 2 hours of waiting now I’m gonna get no sleep before class tomorrow skip is a joke don’t order from them use any other app trust me
Stops working after 10PM
This App is a joke. Why are you gonna put restaurants that are 24h open but you disable deliveries 3/4hours before the "close" which never happens. LOL
