I was buying $6000 off of uber a year and I just switched to Skip and I feel great buying Canadian. The money goes back into the Canadian economy! :)
By far the worst food delivery app out there
compared to uber and doordash, skip has an incredibly sub par ui and overall experience, and the service is absolutely piss poor. have to call tor restaurants and investigate on your own as the app updates are completely useless, and just flop around inconsistently

First world problem, but getting directions to the restaurants you ordered pickup from isn’t straight forwards and is somewhat confusing. They have good deals but obviously at the expense of small businesses…

Customer service on the app is abysmal
I had an issue with the app that had me paying more then I should have been. I tried contacting the customer service. Twice got disconnected midway through only to lose all progress. Then when I finally did get through the customer service rep was less than helpful and don’t resolve my issues.

Ordered food when the place is closed and it’s still give me an option to order and then I’m wasting my time and everything not the first time happened multiple times done with this app

The customer service genuinely will scam you out of every penny and refuse to give your money back, the wait times triple in time within ten minutes of an order and fluctuate

All of my orders have been delivered hot, fresh and completely right. I have never had a bad order. Kudos!!
Where is the map?
Used to have the map showed the nearby restaurants that can order from Skip but now can’t find it. Very inconvenient.

Best delivery service
This is my number one go to for food delivery and various goods from places like Walmart. The app is easy to use and very simple. Love the daily deals like free delivery or BOGO at all my fave restaurants. The service is fast and they almost always follow instructions. Any problems I’ve had has always been with the restaurant and not the app itself. All complaints are dealt with immediately and refunds are sent very fast.

Worst experience ever! Pathetic customer service!
Scams.
I had bought a skip the dishes giftcard online, i had went to redeem it and it says it was already used, keep in mind my account was new and hadn’t been used neither had the card, I had talked to support which took 2 hours for them to tell me i’d receive a voucher in 24 hours, it’s now past 24 hours and i have still received NOTHING.

I had ordered food for the first time in a while through this app receipt my food, and it was cooked in dirty oil that made everything taste like fish everything about it smelt and looked disgusting They refused to give me a refund and I rarely ask for refunds first time in a year. I’ve asked for one do better skip the dishes, hire Canadians this company disgusts me.
