Skip steals money
The Skip driver went to the wrong location. Dropped the food off, I never received it and they offered me a 50% refund. Essentially theft, as I had to pay for half but then they didn’t even apply the 50% credit. Authorities should be engaged in this. How can they take your money for delivering nothing?

Every time I order, the app makes a stupid doorbell sound on delivery and my dog freaks out. No way to turn it off or change it.

Delivered the order at wrong location even though I choose my current location I did not get a refund it was certainly a glitch from the app

Order never arrived and they wouldn’t process a full refund because my phone number was wrong. They gave me a partial refund in skip CREDITS. Not useful for an app I won’t be using again.

The address on skip app is not right, the drivers always has delivery issues! I reported many times they said will fix it but never!
