Mobile missing choices
Love the app except I’m now a decafe coffee drinker and all the espresso and decafe choices are not even on the app also missing the alternative milk choices too on most items. That would be helpful because ordering inside takes so much longer.
I can’t add my gift cards or money
I can’t add any of my gift cards or even add $5 with a credit card. Worst app ever!!!!
Rewards don’t redeem
Tried to use my special drink reward on one of the refreshers but it didn’t let me despite the tier having it listed. I tried to switch it to the food item I ordered because I wasn’t planning on spending that much money (1450 points)but it also didn’t work. low key felt like a scam. If you want a good reward experience just go to a local place that uses toast or Starbucks rewards if one is nearby.

Bad taste
I bought an iced coffee at the Interstate location in Findlay and it had an awful taste and cost $4.89. It was so bad I threw it out. Later I had to take Pepto Bismo. Never going there again.
