ALLL OF THE LOCATIONS EXCEPT THE ONE ON MARION IN THIS CITY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN-STAFF TAUGHT HOW TO CLEAN & BE POLITE & PLEASE RE-VAMP THE PROCESSES IN WHICH YOU MAKE THE ORDERS-My Family’s Jced & frozen drinks are melted by the time we get the food & STAFF ARE INDIFFERENT-RUDE-&-TYPICALLY QUITE SHORT WITH YOU-They’re uneducated about the app deals- they don’t know how to interact with their guests appropriately-There’s disgusting flies everywhere & the interior & exterior of their shops are disgraceful-We’ve left multiple comments & reviews of this & to no avail-It’s pretty unfortunate to see them flushing this ABSOLUTELY ICONIC CANADIAN BRAND-NOW IT’S OWNED BY B. Delivery location changes
I used to use the app just fine to place orders for delivery. I switched to a new phone and suddenly now apparently no Tim Hortons location delivers to my area despite there being one that’s literally two blocks from my house.
Merch never actually available
First off, point system is great, easy to use. But down to the nitty gritty. Ive ordered through the app twice now, all of twice, and each time they have not had the actual item in store. The last time it was a $30 hat… had to settle for a 17.99 tumbler and a 10pcs timbit. I won’t be using the app again for ordering.

Please allow proper drink and food customization
Great app except for one thing: very limited options for drink and food customization
Starbucks allows its customers to personalize their drinks and food the way they want. Why doesn’t Tim Hortons allow this?
For example, have options for light or no ice, light whipped cream, and half decaf coffee.
For food, please allow customers to choose if they want any sauce in things like the loaded bowls, wraps and sandwiches. If an item is non vegetarian by default, allow customers to modify it so it’s vegetarian or vegan.
Also, please stop marketing products with eggs or honey as vegetarian.

Terrible Promos
What a slap in the face. Promos the last few weeks have been terrible. Thank goodness for Mc D’s. 👍
Apple Pay not supported for Scan and Pay
This used to worked. Also, can’t add a credit card to the app either is won’t accept Visa or debit from major bank, never verifies. Not that I wanted Tim’s to have my credit card info anyway. Now you have to scan for rewards, switch to Apple wallet and scan again.

Nice and easy to use and best of all no waiting in line

It seems every time I go to the drive tru now, I have to sign back in to this app. It takes about 21 coffee purchases to get a free medium coffee. Having to sign in while in the drive tru forces the driver to do this and miss getting scanned. I see it as a deliberate attempt to be cheap about it. Solution, hold up the entire line at the drive tru window while you sign in or go to McD’s

No offers for the last 3 weeks

The last 2 times I have returned to get muffins and coffee using the mobile app I have had to wait 5 minutes just to have the order set up . They got the order ready only because I asked them to get it ready
Not looking for anything just the service that I pay for !!!!

Payment options not doing good
Had to update credit card as old expired. And can’t add to this app. Only one as I was able to update all other companies information
