Update: I received a developer response to my review of Tim Hortons saying they would, "be very happy to further assist" and that I can reach them directly via their contact form. I did all that before I wrote my review and they were NOT ABLE TO FIX THEIR PROGRAM so that it would once again work for me.
After the latest update the "Offers" page doesn't open up completely when you click on it. It was reported to Tims as an error and their solution was to stop using the App and use their website instead. Why are we going backwards in time to before the App was created???

I love the points system, and nothing better than a free coffee every so often!

Hard to Access App When at Tm H
The app is really hard to load whenever I am at a Tim Horton’s. I have to screenshot the QR code and save it to my photos so that it can be scanned for any points or offers.
Or, I have to constantly sign in (if it will let me) which is nonsense considering that I go to the same Tim Hortons at least 5x a week.

I was charge 3.15 l told the lady that l should have a discount of coffee she said not French vanilla but French vanilla was also offered,

J’ai commandé un wrap par l’application mobile et 25 minutes plus tard je n’avais toujours par reçu ma commande et ce, même si plusieurs clients arrivés après moi avaient été servis. La caissière n’a jamais voulu me rembourser et le service à la clientèle n’a jamais voulu me rembourser non plus (ils m’ont donné 400 points tim wow). McDonald n’aurait jamais osé ni même pensé voler un client comme vous venez de faire Tim. Si je n’obtiens pas un remboursement complet de ma commande ou l’équivalent de 10$ en points Tim, je vous jure que je vais faire en sorte que tout le monde que je connais soit averti que vous êtes des voleurs.

Clunky, can’t get it to take my card
I prefer to use mobile apps to order fast food but I’ve never been able to get this one to work. It won’t take my card as payment. I’ve tried deleting it and re-entering. It clears out my orders in my cart while I’m trying to figure out the card problems. The developer should look at other fast food apps and mimic what they are doing. No need to recreate the wheel.

Great for ordering pickup right when you want it and/or for scanning and using your rewards.
Otherwise you can’t even view the menu or really schedule for your morning if it’s going to be an early one.

Mobile missing choices
Love the app except I’m now a decafe coffee drinker and all the espresso and decafe choices are not even on the app also missing the alternative milk choices too on most items. That would be helpful because ordering inside takes so much longer.
I can’t add my gift cards or money
I can’t add any of my gift cards or even add $5 with a credit card. Worst app ever!!!!
Rewards don’t redeem
Tried to use my special drink reward on one of the refreshers but it didn’t let me despite the tier having it listed. I tried to switch it to the food item I ordered because I wasn’t planning on spending that much money (1450 points)but it also didn’t work. low key felt like a scam. If you want a good reward experience just go to a local place that uses toast or Starbucks rewards if one is nearby.

Bad taste
I bought an iced coffee at the Interstate location in Findlay and it had an awful taste and cost $4.89. It was so bad I threw it out. Later I had to take Pepto Bismo. Never going there again.

I can give infinite 1 star reviews garbage app
App unreliable and can’t contact ANYONE to speak about problems
I had the app for years and this is the 2nd time I’ve had major issues. This time, all my Tim Points , purchase history and all favourites have disappeared. Over 2,000 points gone. The contact number is unavailable and I can’t speak to a live person. I tried deleting and reinstalling but that doesn’t work. This is the only action I have been left with.
