Est-ce normal que tout mes paramètre soit en français, mais si je commande en ligne une livraison, je reçois des message texte en anglais… J’ai pas eu le choix de faire un plainte car vous respectez pas ma langue.
Transactions details not stored
The application doesn’t keep the transactions details and when you store a credit card to pay, you don’t get immediate notification for the payment, so you don’t know what u really paid especially at the drive through

Je n’ai jamais reçu ma commande passée sur l’application et j’ai envoyé un courriel sans avoir de retour de Tim Horton et même situation avec la compagnie qui fait la livraison aucun retour mauvais service client autant service clientèle que le restaurant lui même. Je vais canceller le compte et désinstaller l’application j’ai perdu 20$ avec cette mauvaise expérience et ce n’était pas la première mauvaise expérience avé eux.

Only food app I need
Timmie's is my go-to choice when deciding where to eat at work. It's close by, it's delicious, and the deals on the app make it impossible to not go. Top tier app.
Raise the spending limit
The app is good for the convenience of ordering for my workplace but the gift card limit of $100 with only $50 added per time means I have to have a lot more transactions than I prefer. I’d rather load it with $500 and only have to pay the accountant for that one transaction per month.
doesn’t work at all
downloaded the app, deleted it, downloaded it again, just keep getting error error error when i try to sign up, despite all the info i put in being correct, so the app is completely unusable so far…. :/
Poor Quality Like 2026 Tim Hortons Establishments
Sadly this app is a pure description of what Tim Hortons has become, not Canadian. Tim’s has sold out quality of customer service we grew up knowing in Canada for a poor execute service deemed as convenient. Just like the 1185 49ave NE Calgary location, this app is not convenient and disconnected from a customer base that once described it self as Canadian, both are the furthest from Canadian as you can get.

Disappearing points
It’s a “Use ‘em or lose ‘em” system. Points go away if you don’t use them. You only gain points on one coffee, even if your order has two or more drinks.

No Cancel order function
I placed a delivery order with the app. Realized the address was wrong the next second after placing an order, guess what, you can’t cancel your order! I was just watching my $30 worth of
