Cannot create account
Used 3 different emails and reset my phone and deleted the app. Still causing problems where I cannot create account. You guys need to fix this. I delete the app for that reason. Very disappointed, trying to order through app and wasting my time…
Add more brew options
Please include options for selecting half (or third) decaf with Original or Dark Roast brews. Such are provided by your major competitor.

Inability to address unfilled orders in app
0 meaningful in app avenues to address unfilled orders or order issues. App just redirects to FAQ type pages. Their policy on not refunding order issues from in app is also just crazy.
Rewards system
Compared to a lot of the other reward systems out there like McDonald’s Burger King Wendy’s Booster Juice it takes entirely too long to build your points with this one
garbage App
Garbage App, quality is so bad, offers getting expensive every month. Can’t wait for Dunkin’ donuts to open.

Nutrition facts
Would love to be able to view menu items even when stores are closed. Only being able to see nutrition facts when stores are open can be a bit inconvenient.

Tim’s is not good
Here we go again when the app plays games and won’t let me log in. Every year this happens for about 6 months. Worst app ever and Tim Hortons shame shame shame

Frustrating to use
There are fewer and fewer Deals available.
If you want to redeem points, you must turn off Scan & Pay. Otherwise, you will still be charged, even though you have Redeem Points turned on. Should re-engineer to automatically turn off Scan & Pay when Redeeming Points is turned on or have Redeem Points override the Scan & Pay function when both are turned on.
Used to have a QR code for Tim gift card and a separate QR code for membership but now only have one combined QR code to Scan and Pay, so I can no longer use my gift card to pay for others.
