Asks for feedback before I’ve picked up my order
This app is fine, I like being able to order my smoothie on the way to work! But as soon as the payment is accepted, the app prompts me to review my order experience…. before I’ve even entered the premises or drank the smoothie. I wish the app would ask me for a rating *after* I pick up my smoothie

Online ordering
When I wake up and I’m in a rush to get to my classes early as hell in the morning having an online ordering option was essential for me but it is no more :((( I’m sad. And disappointed. I don’t want to use DoorDash and not get my points on the app.:(( pls fix
Order Section doesn’t work
So for the past idk like almost full year, the order section on this app has been broken and hasn’t worked. Something has to be done about it seriously cause I loved the app before but now it’s almost pointless if I can’t pre order a drink before I get there anymore.
