Caught in the Registration loop!
My phone nbr was entered in-store. Tried finishing my registration on line. Keep getting ‘another user has this phone number’. Argh!
What’s it’s purpose?
I have the app, but so far as I can see it has no purpose. You can log into your account track your points and see the blog in recipes but all of this is stuff that you can do from the website anyways. What it doesn’t do is tell you what they currently have for sale or what items they have in stock or what locations they have, all things that you have to go to the website for. So if you have to go to the website anyways, why bother with the app that gives you very little information?

Bad App
This app never let me log in after I registered with all my data it just goes on a constant loop that it’s verifying my info and will get back to me. Very bad customer experience on the app.
It cannot create an account even for the first time
It keeps getting the error that a user already exists with my email address which is not the case as the change password option says there is no account linked with the same email address
Poor app
What is the point of having an app if I cannot log on after creating an account at the store and I can only redeem the points through the app? I feel like I got scammed to provide my personal information at the store.
