Caught in the Registration loop!
My phone nbr was entered in-store. Tried finishing my registration on line. Keep getting ‘another user has this phone number’. Argh!
What’s it’s purpose?
I have the app, but so far as I can see it has no purpose. You can log into your account track your points and see the blog in recipes but all of this is stuff that you can do from the website anyways. What it doesn’t do is tell you what they currently have for sale or what items they have in stock or what locations they have, all things that you have to go to the website for. So if you have to go to the website anyways, why bother with the app that gives you very little information?

Bad App
This app never let me log in after I registered with all my data it just goes on a constant loop that it’s verifying my info and will get back to me. Very bad customer experience on the app.
It cannot create an account even for the first time
It keeps getting the error that a user already exists with my email address which is not the case as the change password option says there is no account linked with the same email address
Poor app
What is the point of having an app if I cannot log on after creating an account at the store and I can only redeem the points through the app? I feel like I got scammed to provide my personal information at the store.

I tried several time to sign in and it is not user friendly app.

I tried to create an account. All went well at first, however I can’t see anything. It sends me in circles, email-password-login-startup…. And it never ends…. Waste of time tbh

Please fix app - app logged me out and won’t allow login
I’ve never had an issue with the app until today. I opened my app, main page opened up with my breadcrumb balances, etc. then app logged me out and went to a page asking me to select my country and a get started button. I click on get started, and it opens a web browser that says welcome at the top, and a back button. The rest of the page is blank.
So I installed the update. Same thing.

Worst Developer ever
If you cannot even fix your login page, then you’re in a wrong field. This is ridiculous. I have logged in like 10 times and it still doesn’t work.

Burn it down. Very little functionality even when it does actually let me log in.
Needs Apple wallet intergration.
Great app. Simple design and works well. It’s need Apple wallet integration. I shop here frequently and it’s extremely inconvenient to have to search for the app every time when all I want to do in the app is scan my points card. Makes the point card apple wallet ready. Maybe make it like Starbucks where the points card doubles as a gift card.

Terrible app
I have been trying to complete my sign up for Cobs Club for months. My account has been “in the oven” for so long it must be ashes by now. Meanwhile I have a ton of rewards points that I can’t use because my sign up on the app is incomplete. Cobs Breads is fabulous but the app they use for their rewards program is the WORST app I have ever used.

Account setup process needs strengthening
I saw a lot of frustrated reviewers because the signup process is not customer-friendly. I did my sign up on their website, experienced similar confusion as many of the reviews described here- “incorrect password” or “back to the login page again”. After several trial and error, I found out that you have to complete the verification code (sent to email) first before setting up password. After successfully setting up password, you will be able to access and view your profile, but if you just exit and try re-entering you’ll get the error page. I think it’s because the browser led you back to the initial setup page. You need to log out, and then open the website on a new tab. Then you will be able to sign in. I didn’t download this app until the next day with no problem at all.
