Fixed log in issue
Good job Cobs in allowing password-less log in. I just got an email today about it, tried it, and it works! It fixed the issue and I am now able to log in! If you start providing us with special deal offers in the app, this will be a 5 star review.

Cobs Bread is an absolute treasure and I feel so lucky to be able to purchase so near to where I live such freshly baked goods made with the best ingredients.

Password reset doesn’t work
I love Cob’s Bread but their app has never worked well here in the US. Every time the app updates I lose password access, and the process to reset the password hangs, at least on the iPhone version of the app. Please fix this! I want my purchase credits and I don’t like repeating my phone number aloud every time I go in the store.

Log-In Doesn’t Work
I have been unable to log in since the update. It doesn’t recognize my old password and when I try to reset the password, I am taken to a blank page. This app is useless.

I get email notifications but can’t log in the app so defers me to go to buy

Absolutely the worst app for any customer to set up or use. Almost feels like it is designed that way so customers can’t accumulate points…

It’s not possible to login. I will not recommend to use Cobs app.
Update Logs You Out
Once I was promoted to update I am no longer able to use my account. There’s no reason to shop at Cobs without the benefits of the app…

No idea how they got screenshots from inside the app for advertising because clicking log in leads into a blank page. Not even a chance to put in email or password

Can’t get past Get Started
Would love to install this app, but can’t get past the Get Started after choosing the country Canada. No way to troubleshoot or anything so, unfortunately, will be deleting the app and hopefully the store can keep track of what I’ve purchased, etc.

Caught in the Registration loop!
My phone nbr was entered in-store. Tried finishing my registration on line. Keep getting ‘another user has this phone number’. Argh!
What’s it’s purpose?
I have the app, but so far as I can see it has no purpose. You can log into your account track your points and see the blog in recipes but all of this is stuff that you can do from the website anyways. What it doesn’t do is tell you what they currently have for sale or what items they have in stock or what locations they have, all things that you have to go to the website for. So if you have to go to the website anyways, why bother with the app that gives you very little information?
