SCAM. the uber one subscription automatically applied after i made my account and it has been charging me ever since. i didn’t realize this until i checked my emails and saw a charge. i tried to use the support chat to get a refund, only to be met with a bot and limited chat options. it told me it was too late to refund my purchase and gave me no options to get further help. if you sign up for an account, make sure you check the uber one membership and end it. i will be using doordash instead

Terrible service, why have modelos or coronas for sale but then when the delivery person gets there, none in stock. Then you go and send another person, just for it to tell me they’re out of stock. What a waste of time, go to hell

Uber has always been convenient and I can't argue with that, however, I highly advise if you want fast food to go up and grab it yourself. Delivery and market prices for some meals on cheap fast food chains like McDonalds has increased so much since I last used this app and that was years back. What the hell do you mean $24.70 to deliver a large triple cheeseburger combo? Better off getting it for nearly $10 cheaper at the drive thru.

I received another customer’s entire order instead of mine. I immediately told the driver, but I never received the correct order. When I contacted support, my claim was denied under a different issue, and I couldn’t get my case properly reviewed. This app genuinely sucks and their contact support team is a joke. Don’t be surprised if this happens to you.

Inaccurate Delivery Wait Times
I’ve genuinely never had a good experience with this app. Between taking 30+ minutes longer than the time they tell you, food being paid for but forgotten or stolen, the wrong food, increased pricing… the list of negatives goes ON and ON. Every single time I try to give it another chance, it takes so long to get the food it is not worth it at all. Especially not with the extra fees and prices I paid for lower quality food due to inaccurate times. The lack of accountability regarding timeliness is absolutely ridiculous. It’s 9 minutes past the DELIVERY time and the restaurant isn’t even done prepping it yet. Why lie to customers? The delivery time should be significantly longer incase the restaurant is busy or slow or there should be some sort of discount when it takes way way way longer than initially stated.
