太糟糕了！我出了車禍！送侮貨他$2000出單的時候還一直催這是我第一次送貨最糟糕的，希望大家不要用這個系統！太糟糕了，希望他倒閉！

I’ve used uber eats several times throughout the year, always offers super fast delivery and great service would recommend
Bug in app
There’s issue with Uber iPhone app when shopping for groceries as a guest without logging in. If I accidentally add a grocery item to cart, I’m unable to remove it. When I try to remove item, screen just flickers and all controls become disabled, so there’s no way to remove item from cart.
Completely horrid experience
I downloaded this app again so i could get a specific restraunt that isnt available on doordash. The restraunt managed to forget half of my order, the delivery driver didnt bother to check if the order was correct, then when i tried to get a refund/help on my order i was sent to a bot that couldnt help me and all it did was send me in circles. The app has no option for a refund. I asked to speak to a human to get real help and after i got in contact with their internal systems i was told i will have to wait 6-12hrs for a response from them. Complete waste of time and money, doordash is still top of these apps for support and ease.

MY ID WAS STOLEN
I was getting ID’d and it’s a bit strange that they take pictures now I’m very uncomfortable with it but this man had taken my provisional license and I was distracted and forgot. I contacted uber and all they did was apologise and kept shutting the ticket, I then got distracted THEN they said they would contact the driver and shut the ticket again, I have heard nothing from uber and it’s pathetic as I cannot buy anything that required ID because now all I have is my passport and I’m certainly not letting them take a picture of that.

Awful service - delivery arrives with missing items, apparently help team can only support live orders. No one to speak to, need to wait 6-12 hours for someone to respond! Out of my last 3 orders, each one has been messed up, and customer service doesn’t care once they’ve taken your money. Use deliveroo instead - at least they have customer support you can speak to. Uber eats just takes your money then it’s pot luck whether the order comes - and if there’s a problem, seems like it’s a case of “ah well, maybe your next order will be correct.” Absolute con

Too expensive but so functional
My biggest fear is being on the other side of this app when I’m no longer ordering and rushing without a care but then I’m at the whim of uber the worker or cook paying and earning nothing
URGENT — UNAVOIDABLE FEES THAT I CANNOT CANCEL
A family member signed up for Uber delivery in California and completed all required registration steps. However, despite requesting the payment card several times, the card was never received.
The Uber account was later permanently deactivated. Now we have received a notification that monthly fees will be charged for a card/account that we cannot access, cannot use, and cannot close.
This creates an unavoidable fee with no available way for us to stop it. There is no physical card, no access to the Uber account, and support has not been able to resolve the issue.
We have repeatedly tried to get help. All we are asking is to PERMANENTLY CLOSE THE CARD ACCOUNT and stop any current or future fees.
This situation needs URGENT attention from Uber Support. Please contact us and provide confirmation that the card account has been completely closed and that no additional fees will be charged.
I will remove this review only after the issue has been fully resolved.
If anyone else has experienced the same problem — being unable to close an account while fees continue or are scheduled to be charged — please share your experience in the comments.

God‘s Gift
Uber eats is always there when I don’t have much money and I still want to enjoy good food Uber has taught me that you don’t have to be rich to eat like one :). You just have to know how to use your and deals as they come ::D which is often. Enjoy.
My opinion
It’s convenient, gives options on how you want them to delivery it- as in hand to you or leave at door. Helps if you order the food while you’re out and about.
Worst Support Options Ever
Trying to contact Support through the Uber Eats app is a terrible experience. The Chabot feature they have implemented makes it almost impossible to contact a human being. It goes around in circles because it has very limited options of things that it can help with, and it is unable to handle ambiguity. Bring back real contact info!

The times are never right and I am not going to blame it on the driver because wdym I pay extra for a priority order and still take a whole hour to be ready?! Also the prices are so crazy!!! Why is the total price literally the double of the price of the food?!
