Shipt in Boston area is terrible

Why are orders being claimed and dropped off 3 hours ahead when I specify no early delivery especially with cold items!!!

Worst shoppers I can think of. Stick to any other app honestly. They don’t call, they don’t reach out, they “complete” orders even if they are not delivered.
All together this app was not properly thought out

I have target circle 360 and this add on was the best thing! No mark ups and the shoppers are great at communicating with me on what is and isn’t available.
