The whole Shipt experience is becoming less user friendly. The app gets stuck on one store, so the app has to be force stopped or even deleted to change shopping sites. Texting often doesn’t work because of app problems. Shoppers are paying less attention to details. We are considering not renewing and just using individual store delivery options.

Garbage now
Shipt use to be great. You pay for a premium membership per much to be a test dummy for new shoppers. It’s no longer worth paying for the membership and the up charge on every item.
Don’t want to pay their drivers a livable wage
They stopped operations in Seattle because new regulations require drivers get paid livable wage. Guess Shipt doesn’t want to pay their employees fairly. Don’t use them, don’t work for them. Let them sink their own ship(t).
