At first it was slow but now I get orders around the corner from me I love it I get to stay in my area pick the location the time I don’t like the no tipping it hurt big time. The scoring sucks I’m at risk but 95% reliable you get elders and we get in trouble for our time the customer service hits us back asap those guys are super helpful. They have helped me many times

Single store bonuses
Been a shopper since 2019 and now is the worst time with Shipt ever. They announced "tiered" bonuses but instead issued "one-store only bonuses". My friend shoppers get them too, at the same date and time. Makes it impossible to get them. 🤢

Terrible
The decline of Shipt is very upsetting. Shipt use to be the best gig platform, the implementation of ai has ruined everything Shipt once stood for. Every order is bundled, you get no real support when need, you get no orders if your not a minority, the pay has gone down as gas prices rise and it’s just an overall poor experience for customers and shoppers. They over hire zones that’s already saturated rather then making the hiring process zone specific. Orders sit in the open metro for hours at a time while certain zones orders disappear in seconds. Witherspoon has single handily ruined Shipt. After reading their reviews it’s clear that they are paying for good reviews and or is using ai to generate reviews. This is a true veteran shopper review and is how many other veteran shoppers feel. To top it off they’re now lying about tips just to get people to take orders. It gets worse and worse every week.
