They have so many rules and regulations to the app the it totally unnecessary like how you can only withdraw 3 times in a day but if you don’t withdraw the money that day you have to wait until the next Friday to get your money and if it was someone’s way of living it would be horrible

Highly do not recommend using this as a full time or side gig!
Shipt will deactivate your account for customer ratings that are out of your control if you have done everything correctly! I had 98% reliability 96% on time (majority where from orders I added to my schedule when it was past delivery window) and my rating was 4.3 I communicated with every customer I shopped for even got over 8 preferred shopper requests and still was deactivated. I didn't have any bad experiences with any of my most recent deliveries for this year and they still have not re investigated. If you're a hard worker I'd suggest finding a real job they will kick you off the app even if you're doing an amazing job all because their "guidelines" and " policy "

Shipt use to be the best gig platform hands down without a doubt. The new ceo has completely ruined Shipt, and I don’t think they’ll ever be able to recover. They hire anybody just so orders will get done not caring about the service they provide. I’ve been with Shipt for 5 years and over the past year and a half I’ve heard so many horror stories from customers about their new shoppers they get. If someone’s paying a premium fee to have their stuff delivered they shouldn’t be a rest dummy for new shoppers every week. They discriminate against you based on your race and gender. You can have perfect stats with over 5000 orders completed and won’t receive any offers. I can almost guarantee a class action lawsuit will be coming and will put Shipt out of business. They steal your tips, pay gets lower and lower and they provide no safety clearance for shoppers. All change isn’t good. Witherspoon should have been fired after his first year. It’s completely unacceptable to see what Shipt has become.

Unspecified issues
Why in the world are customers allowed to rate and mark an issue as unspecified? It makes it awfully hard to do better or to know exactly what went wrong so you can fix or improve for next time. That should not be allowed. In my opinion, they should only be allowed to be specific. That’s very vague and it doesn’t help anyone. It tanks ratings. Also, a customer that rates a 4, can also tank our ratings. I personally don’t think a 4 star is terrible, but according to these gig apps, it is. It’s very discouraging and hard not to take personally.

you can't use the keyboard you want to use, they update the app so it no longer works as notifications you can't see any of them, every item has three aisle locations in about 15 location codes it is the worst updated app I've ever seen in my life

For the multiple orders they should show the distance as well between drop offs. A- distance from target to first drop off. B - distance from first drop off to second.

This app has located the FARTHEST regions from where I live but when I’m two hours away from home it notifies me of places RIGHT NEXT TO MY HOUSE!!! They onpurposely send you farthest regions!!!!!
