Customer service could improve. I understand people take advantage of certain services but high quality customer service includes being able to decipher between customers who try to take advantage and those who genuinely have certain issues that need resolution. The service could definitely improve in that area.

Postmates is worse than DoorDash. There’s no customer support number and when you text customer support they’re going to tell you that somebody supposed to be reaching out to you but they don’t, I had an incident where they said customer support was supposed to reach out to me and they reached out to me two weeks after my problem

Always problems, Support is useless
I’m done with Postmates. There’s always a problem and support is completely useless. I just had two separate couriers tell me the restaurant had no power and I had to cancel (which is bs because that results in getting full charged for nothing). I talked to two different agents who seemed unable to read, unable to contact the couriers, and who treated me like I was either a moron or a liar. They also did not care that food they claimed was ready was arriving a full hour late (even though obviously it was never coming). DOORDASH actually takes responsibility for things like this. I should not have to fight for 40 minutes to not pay for food that doesn’t exist.

Really good and reliable. Orders always arrive quickly. Rarely do I ever run into any issues and the couple times I have, Postmates took care of it within minutes. I use it normally.
Terrible especially after getting uber one
I had two separate orders one had me waiting 30 minutes and 1 driver that didn’t let me know that my order could not be delivered because the store was closed even though uber confirmed my order. Then I ordered something else and had me waiting another 30 minutes just for the driver to cancel. And there’s no way to report these drivers.

Rip off - gouging customers
Rip off app. You cheat by charging us more than the menu price then you charge us a service fee then you charge us a delivery fee and then you expect us to pay your drivers through a tip. You’re a total scam service.

Potentially fraudulent
We were overcharged by 20% on our last order because Postmates didn’t honor ANY of the 2-for-1 menu items we ordered. We noticed it while about to make another weekly order, but because we noticed 7 days later instead of 2… they refuse to do anything about it. It was a large order, a lot of money… incredibly frustrating and potentially fraudulent if they do this consistently on a large scale.
