I’d give it a zero stars if i could. I ordered something to the wrong address (different state) and tried to change the location but the app didn’t let me and by the time I tried to cancel it altogether they wouldn’t refund me because I took too long. Very mad. Am downloading door dash right now because it hopefully will be better.

Restaurant Grade & Pricing
I’m giving this app a low rating because food is grossly overpriced on the app. I recently went inside a see restaurant to see actual prices vs the app, it was $15 more on the app not including, their fees or the tip. I was also disappointed to see the restaurant had a “C” rating. I think it’s important to include the restaurants current rating to help people make an informed decision or remove restaurants entirely until they improve to at least a “B” or better.

Done with delivery apps
I wish delivery apps were honest about the time food will arrive. If you advertise something will take 15 minutes to get to you, honor it. But adding on time without any regard to the customers expectations is selfish. There’s no reason something says 15 minutes to order and get there when in reality it takes an hour. It takes an hour because you guys allow your drives to stack orders. So they can grab multiple orders at the same time which comprises the quality of the food. It’s false advertisement and a waste of money. STILL waiting for my food as I type this and when it gets here I will be deleting this app for good.

Cheaper than Uber Eats
I understand that they do use uber for their carriers, but for some reason their food on here are A LOT cheaper than directly using Uber Eats. I’ve been trying to save a bit more money this way. On Uber Eats my meals range from 70-80 bucks just form extra taxes and fees. On postmates my orders drop from 15-20 dollars! A lot better

UBER EATS IN DISGUISE - Asked me to dig through the trash after a month for a photo
Idgi Geraldine with Amex support messaged me after OVER a month later saying “oh sorry we’re backed up did you need help with this request” I explained the situation very reasonably and they said “since you don’t have a photo we can’t help you” it’s the PRINCIPLE like you don’t make a person dig through the trash? ALSO THIS HAPPENED ON MAY 31sT AND INWAD CONTACTED JULY 2ND LIKE OF COURSE I DONT HAVE A DANG PHOTO. Save your money cause Postmates is simply Uber Eats in disguise and WILL EXPECT YOU TO DEGRADE YOURSELF AND DIG THROUGH THE TRASH LIKE A DOG. Postmates stole my money
I placed an order for $38 including tip. The order went through, when I looked at the app. It asked me if I wanted to pay $1.49 for expedited delivery. I accepted this $1.49 charge. I then get a notification that I was charged $57. I called to get this corrected and was told there was nothing she can do. I asked to speak to a manager and was told they would call me in 2 to 4 hours. I never received a call back. I tried live chat with an agent to get this resolved. Both agents closed the chat stating there was nothing they could do but they would pass this incident along, so this doesn’t happen to anyone else. At the time of my order, the restaurant had a promo, spend $25 receive a free item. So when I accepted the $1.49 for expedited delivery they are telling me the system automatically charged me full price. This is blatant theft. There was no itemized breakdown when accepting the expedited delivery.
