Very happy with this app and with the people that deliver it’s fast it’s quick. It’s easy I’m new and I haven’t been disappointed.
Worst website ever
You have the worst website ever it takes forever to reload then it takes forever to see what you ordered then it takes forever to clear that you ordered it and then all those wonderful things that you offer for your driver to stop by and pick up something for you never loads and if it does load, it’s even harder to get to work then the main website where are all the food is that you want to have delivered? I like your deals, but I hate your website and I almost didn’t order this time because of it because it was just spinning and spinning. Wasted over 30 minutes trying to get it to work before I could get it to Work to see my cart so I can pay for it. I don’t know how you justify such a horrible I mean for sure you guys make enough money that you could hire somebody who can fix that so it loads fast. Wasting 30 minutes before I can even get an order through is one of the reasons I don’t come back unless you have the 50% off 25 thing

Don’t use
If you use the “leave at my door” feature, just know that it means your driver can take your food and you won’t get refunded for it. My food wasn’t even delivered to the right address and all they could offer me was a $5 voucher after I spent $20+ on my food. Dont use this service unless you want to be scammed.

Service is garbage
The app works fine, but the service has consistently declined every year. Considering I spend an exorbitant amount getting deliveries for my elderly mother & there are constant issues, I will not longer be using this “service.”

There’s no customer support. So if there’s an issue with a delivery, such as the selling establishment does not have a working tablet, Uber eats and Postmates will not cancel the order so they can keep the money. Meanwhile, they will send in a dozen drivers from long distances knowing that the order will never be able to be delivered. I’m canceling my Uber one membership. because people deserve to be treated better than they do for their drivers.

Fraud and Theft
Postmates charged me for an order the merchant forced me to cancel, charged me for it, told me they would refund me, and then never did. The company does not allow you to contact any support so that they can do this. That constitutes theft and fraud.
So. Many. fees
$9 delivery fee. $6 service fee and $3 other fee. Enough said. What a rip off. Last time im doing this.

No quality control?
I used to like this app. Now, twice in the past week, I’ve had missing items from my orders. I’m going to assume the restaurant forgot (vs the delivery person stole.) the resolution on the app is to get a refund (usually a few bucks.) This isn’t going to solve the problem and neglects a pusses off customer having to scramble to figure out how to make up for kidding items in a meal. Double refund, coming out of restaurants pocket would motivate them to pack more carefully next time and/or figure out what’s going on with their delivery people. Current state - no one really cares…

Very convenient and easy.
16$ fee - just the delivery fee that’s usually .50 - to drive not even .25 miles across the street..
I get that it’s raining and storming but 15-16$ for a delivery fee that’s usually .50-1.50 is crazy … not the foods, not the actual fees, the delivery fee that’s usually free or maybe like 1.50 is 15-16$ to drive across the street not even a quarter of a mile because it’s raining. In a big city with a lot of drivers btw that’s CRAZY.
