Great until it stopped working
I was using weekly, and enjoying it. Now everytime I try to open it, it comes up with a green screen that says,something went wrong, we’ve been notified about this issue, and will look into it shortly,and I can’t get on!! I’ve deleted the app and re-installed it several times and it still doesn’t work!

terrible service
I was so excited to get my groceries delivered from shaw’s. The entire experience has been a headache. The app does not let you enter your city/town in the address section. This is a problem because my zip code is shared across two cities, this is unusual, but this is the first time I have been unable to manually correct the auto fill with the zip code. This problem led to $15+ of ice cream to arrive melted.
The other issues I’m having to deal with include wrong items for instance I received lettuce not the cabbage I ordered, and getting only one item when two were ordered. This happened with scallops, orange juice and cookie mix, all of which I ordered 2 and received one.
When I submitted these problems they say someone will get back to me soon, and that has not been the case. Terrible experience and lesson learned.

I LOVE this service. My only critique is that the internet inside the store may need to be better so the pickers (shoppers) can communicate with the customer if they cannot find one of the items in the list to ask if they’d like a substitute. Or you could write that in as a disclaimer and let the customer choose which items can be swapped for similar items and which ones they’d prefer to just go without if it’s not in stock. Such a great service though.
