App doesn’t work
The app isn’t even operational. It wouldn’t let me into my account so I created a new one, and the. Once in the app I couldn’t actually select anything to add to my cart. Useless.
card doesn’t link purchases
if you load money on the gift card in the app it should transfer your purchases to earn points, you shouldn’t have to scan separately
Too much dysfunction
There is no reason for a company of this size to have such a dysfunctional app. It only works 50% of the time.. I’ll be pressing buttons and it simply does not register that I’ve pressed it. (Just now it said earn $2 with order ahead and I couldn’t press buttons to select my coffee) Not compatible with Apple Pay. Added money to a digital gift card and it would not let me check out with the gift card for an order ahead, which was the whole reason I downloaded the app. Points are nice I guess.

Worst app I’ve ever used thought every location around me was closed and wouldn’t let me order terrible app

New update keeps knocking me off I lost 2,500 points old saying if it isn’t broke DO NOT FIX IT
