App doesn’t work
The app isn’t even operational. It wouldn’t let me into my account so I created a new one, and the. Once in the app I couldn’t actually select anything to add to my cart. Useless.
card doesn’t link purchases
if you load money on the gift card in the app it should transfer your purchases to earn points, you shouldn’t have to scan separately
Too much dysfunction
There is no reason for a company of this size to have such a dysfunctional app. It only works 50% of the time.. I’ll be pressing buttons and it simply does not register that I’ve pressed it. (Just now it said earn $2 with order ahead and I couldn’t press buttons to select my coffee) Not compatible with Apple Pay. Added money to a digital gift card and it would not let me check out with the gift card for an order ahead, which was the whole reason I downloaded the app. Points are nice I guess.

Worst app I’ve ever used thought every location around me was closed and wouldn’t let me order terrible app

New update keeps knocking me off I lost 2,500 points old saying if it isn’t broke DO NOT FIX IT
Not user friendly
Very difficult to redeem rewards on this app. Orders do not process to stores quick enough. I end up waiting five minutes or more in the store before the order slip comes through. They should process much quicker than that. Also has issues with store locations. I like honey dew better than dunkin but because the app is so difficult I do not go. With the ridiculous prices everyone is charging I’m pretty much just going to make my own at home from now on. $4 for 50 cents worth of coffee. No thanks

Someone help this thing!
What a clunky, not user friendly app!! I got the app a few days ago. Among the many issues… Unable to pay for an order via my credit card. Had to buy a gift card to order. The order of items is all over the place. Seasonal drinks are buried after food items. After you place an order it says your items will be ready in 15 min… at a NOT BUSY location?! I could go on and on. It’s 2025. This should not be.

No Yogurt parfait at this location
I ordered on the app and they don’t sell the yogurt parfait at this location.they were very nice and let me get another item.probably should take it off their menu.

Must scan a separate barcode to earn points
So when paying I haven’t been earning any points. I load a gift card because I can’t find a way to just debit my card. So no points. Each transaction of I want points I have to scan the rewards barcode and then pay. As opposed to the dunks app that automatically has you earn points per visit just by paying. I don’t even bother anymore. Was hoping to replace dunks. But their app is way better.

It took a while for Honey Dew to get their stores online with the app, but I’m glad they did! Now I can leave Dunks and their inferior rewards program in the dust!
Complete waste of time
Expect to be charged extra to order your coffee ahead and have endless pop up ads that force you to click through to get by

Great redesign but unable to order a coffee
If I try, there’s no option for just a normal blend of drip coffee with chocolate nut flavor and cream. They ‘require’ you to pick a special blend that includes an up-charge. Makes no sense to me.

Love HD, but this app is terrible.
My old phone would not scan receipts with the old version of the app and I always had to enter manually. Now have a new 15 pro max and even though the app was recently updated I still cannot scan receipts. I’ve tried everything, it just doesn’t work.

I love honey dew, but this new app is terrible. He.every time I try to use it I am prompted to sign in again. Every time i sign in a message pops up “unknown error”

New App
There is a problem with this new app. When attempting to create my account, I enter all of my information and submit it. Then I get a message that a code was sent to my phone and instructs me to enter it on the screen. The problem is I never receive the code. I tried it 3 times and gave up. I checked to ensure my phone number was entered correctly but never received a code.
